I want to give a huge shout-out to the bartender [Kate] who handled an incredibly difficult situation on 07/22/25 with patience, grace, and professionalism. A particularly rude and bigoted customer made inappropriate and offensive comments, and she stayed calm, respectful, and composed throughout. It’s not easy to deal with that kind of behavior, especially in the service industry, but she managed it with strength and class. She deserves recognition for her character and professionalism — and for creating a welcoming space for the rest of us. I highly recommend the company provides employees or perhaps up to 5 different languages of the menu [via language learning courses] or perhaps a way to communicate the menu with multi languages (easily available via app/or website) to better assist customers.

We had a great experience here. Life was our waitress, Tomas was our server. They both were very professional and friendly. I have to say my favorite food was the braised beef tacos and chicken nachos. We had them two nights in a row. I highly recommend the brownie sundae, it's huge! The atmosphere was nice in the evening, perfect weather, drinks, view, what more can you ask for? I definitely recommend eating here.

We didn't order food so I am only rating the drinks and service. I want to start by saying that the service was good, especially for a busy Saturday. there was one person behind the bar, and it was very busy. the wait time was long. The drinks are very overpriced for what you get. The cups are small. We paid over $100 for four frozen cocktails before the forced 18% gratuity was added. None of the drinks were made very well, couldn't taste any alcohol and this is coming from someone who only drinks on special occasions. Like I said we don't drink often and we did not get a buzz from two drinks each. We didn't care for the Pina Coladas we ordered on the first round. Had better coladas at chain restaurants sadly. But hoped maybe the second round would be better. Nope. Orange creamsicle tasted like straight up frozen orange juice-could not taste the Baileys (pretty sure there was none) and the mudslide tasted like bad fake chocolate. Would NEVER order drinks from this bar again. Worst tasting frozen drinks we've ever had. Forcing 18% gratuity for horribly made drinks is totally insane. I would give one star but the waitress was doing her job the best she could. They need to rethink their drink recipes, or get new bartenders altogether.

The service and atmosphere was great. Zack our waiter did an amazing job. The Drhum Club Punch was very refreshing. We got a the chicken quesadilla which was good as well. The food did come out pretty quickly and I recommend it for a quick bite.
Food was so bland. Even the nacho cheese on my nachos had no flavor. If I was bli d folded I would know.it was chips with something. My husband salad was not good. Ceasars salad bland and no flavor.

I think it was cool, the service wasn’t bad, but the delivery of food and drinks was a little delayed, the waiter was very nice. I didn't love the Tampico nachos, the quantities were disproportionate and a little dry in my opinion. The drinks were delicious, I loved my Peach Smoothie and the beer buckets have 6 units inside. The brownie was delicious and a huge portion, my aunt loved the presentation and also the taste. The area is great, even has a fire pit that at sunset makes a lovely atmosphere. Quite recommendable I have to say.
Parking: The Kantine is inside of the Resort, you have to use the Hotel parking.
Kid-friendliness: A big pool and also a games area for children or adults
We stayed over the weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We rented a cabana and had a server, but he only checked on us every 20 to 30 minutes, making it difficult to order food and drinks. We ordered a drink at the bar, but it was terrible. When we mentioned this to the bartender, we were told that's just how it is. Paying $40 for a bad drink was frustrating, and when we tried to charge it to our room, we were informed we had already checked out. The staff member was extremely rude and loud about this, and I didn't realize we couldn't charge to the room after a certain time. I won't be returning to this hotel or its bar/restaurant.
