The service and atmosphere was great. Zack our waiter did an amazing job. The Drhum Club Punch was very refreshing. We got a the chicken quesadilla which was good as well. The food did come out pretty quickly and I recommend it for a quick bite.

Food was so bland. Even the nacho cheese on my nachos had no flavor. If I was bli d folded I would know.it was chips with something. My husband salad was not good. Ceasars salad bland and no flavor.

I think it was cool, the service wasn’t bad, but the delivery of food and drinks was a little delayed, the waiter was very nice. I didn't love the Tampico nachos, the quantities were disproportionate and a little dry in my opinion. The drinks were delicious, I loved my Peach Smoothie and the beer buckets have 6 units inside. The brownie was delicious and a huge portion, my aunt loved the presentation and also the taste. The area is great, even has a fire pit that at sunset makes a lovely atmosphere. Quite recommendable I have to say.
Parking: The Kantine is inside of the Resort, you have to use the Hotel parking.
Kid-friendliness: A big pool and also a games area for children or adults
We stayed over the weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We rented a cabana and had a server, but he only checked on us every 20 to 30 minutes, making it difficult to order food and drinks. We ordered a drink at the bar, but it was terrible. When we mentioned this to the bartender, we were told that's just how it is. Paying $40 for a bad drink was frustrating, and when we tried to charge it to our room, we were informed we had already checked out. The staff member was extremely rude and loud about this, and I didn't realize we couldn't charge to the room after a certain time. I won't be returning to this hotel or its bar/restaurant.

This is the only place I would recommend skipping if you are in the area. No free refills on drinks( not a big dea), sweet tea is more expensive than soda for some reason and they don't bother to write that on the menu or tell you when ordering. Service was subpar while the food was "meh". This was the only place we ate during our 8 day stay at Sapphire Falls that we left dissatisfied.

I honestly didn't have high expectations for a pool side food bar, but I was pleasantly surprised! We shared the fish tacos - absolutely delicious, flavorful and fresh - and the chicken Adobe quesadilla. Fries came as a side, they were crisp and well seasoned. All extremely delicious. Drinks are pricey but well made. Perfect for a pool side day lunch or snack.

Great pool and bar area, not pleased with the service charge and stolen cups.We were staying at Cabana Bay but decided to check out the pool over at Sapphire Falls. While we loved the pool and the whole area was beautiful but the cocktails were over priced and had very little flavor. The beer at Cabana Bay cost less even though the quality is the same.I'd recommend getting your drinks at Cabana Bay then walking back over the beautiful bridge back to Sapphire Falls pool.Keep an eye on your souvenir cups because ours got taken while we were in the pool. They were kind enough to replace them but it was still upsetting to come back from the pool and see them taken.
