Not going back there again I literally went to the drive-through and I use my debit card and the machine was asking if I want to give a tip? a tip for what for doing your job. This tipping stuff is getting out of hand, pay your workers Dunkin’ Donuts instead of guilting the customers

This place used to be my go to, not anymore. I used to brag that they were so efficient, friendly and my coffee order was always perfect. Not anymore...they have a young staff of people who have no idea what they are doing. There is only one lady there who has any personality and genuinely cares about customers. Wish I could remember her name. She has short hair and tattoos, she is the only reason I went back to give it another chance. The service sucks, and so does the ccoffee.

Went through the drive thru, was a normal experience until got my drink and wanted to leave and a car was blocking the exit to leave, they were instructed to go there to wait for a drink. That made me stuck and unable to leave. The worker finally came out to hand them their drink and was laughing with them and told them “ya, tell them to just go around” and turned to look directly at us while laughing. Super disrespectful and rude, and I’m not sure what she meant by go around them, there was no space to go around.

They cannot get orders right. We have stopped twice and ordered a cold coffee and it was sour. I’m not sure if they use a different type of cream but it isn’t the standard Dunkin taste everywhere else in the country.

That whole crew was outstanding! There was a line but no wait because of the hustle! Everyone is cheerful, and the food is delicious! Seriously though, you have to try Emily's spider donuts!! Out of this world!! 🕷️ 🕸️
I was have the busiest day and needed to stop to grab donuts for work. When I say the environment cleared my spirits! Alexis, the team lead even helped me bring everything to that car. Q and Khadijah we so kind and personable.
Ngl, I need this. I appreciate you guys. I hope you see this and feel as delighted is I was to meet you.

Placed a mobile pickup order on Sunday around 11AM and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was already ready, the staff was friendly, and (unlike most locations I’ve been to) they weren’t out of any of the assorted donuts I ordered. This is my new favorite Dunkin!

Service at window is so bad. I saw them pouring my iced coffee from the sunrise brew. When I asked they said it was the same coffee but in a different spout because the other one was broken. Coffee tasted horrible but I was already driving. I think she lied to me
