Ordered matcha iced late with less ice but it was just straight almond milk. Asked for a replacement and was told its because there was less ice in it and they could replace it but it wouldn't be full. When we got the replacement, it was exactly the same, pretty sure they just dumped the drink into a new cup. Waste of points I used. Not coming back.

I came to this dunkin and I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee and a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. I got my bagel there was no cream cheese, so I had to drive back and told the young lady that was at the register I asked for cream cheese so she handed it to the lady that was in the back she tried to put cream cheese on the bagel that I returned, and I asked her politely Can she just make a fresh one with the cream cheese the lady had an attitude about it and once I get Home and I open up the bagel, The bagel was hard and had hair on it. So basically, it was the same bagel that I gave her the first time she never remade the bagel. She just warmed the bagel back up. I spent my money there so I should’ve been able to get a freshly made bagel with cream cheese like I asked for.

I came through the drive thru during rush hour expecting regular service and then to be on my way but Josh who was working that day was amazing! Super kind and helpful and so happy to help. It was so refreshing to get this kind of customer service. Thank you Josh, keep it up!!

During the week that Hurricane Hilton was coming, I was buying my staff donuts and refreshers . Miss D and Nash were so courteous. They provided fresh donuts and delicious drinks. I received my order in a timely manner too! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for them both!!!
Ordered food and requested a water cup as well. The cashier said they have to charge for water. I said I am not usually charged for water at Duncan. She said it depends on the owner. I declined to pay for water and let her know I would post about it. She didn't seem phased. Water should be free with food. What are you doing???
