I placed a mobile order and when I arrived the lady at the drive thru window asked me to pull around to the front for a brief moment while they prepared my order. I agreed but I waited 22mins for 1 coffee. This location is less than 2 mins away from my home, but the service is so inconsistent that I’d rather drive 15 mins away just for a chance at getting better service. I really do enjoy coming here the service is awesome my daughter and I come in and grab what we want and sit for awhile no one bothers us and I would also like to show appreciation to Nedaisha she's very pleasant always smiling and attentive to the customers she's a good worker and the manager works hard😊I recommend this Dunkin donuts
This Dunkin is always out of stuff. Why is it on your app for me to order and then you never have alternatives? How are you out of every single type of chocolate donut? I order ahead on the app and still have to wait 15+ minutes for my order to be complete. It’s Not the staffs fault and I don’t blame them.
