We came on an off-night, and everything we wanted was mostly out, so we placed a mobile pickup for them. The drive-thru agent was really nice. She asked what else we wanted and was so nice that she gave us some more free donuts. Thank you for great customer service!!

This was the $6.00 meal deal, The 5 hashbrowns I got tasted like they were frozen and frostbite and cooked, they tasted like the inside of a fridge, not fresh at all!! I stopped going here for a half of year because of rude and rushed service and just went back today. Upset that I chose this over Hardees this morning.

Cynthia is very rude so are some of the morning staff that work with her. Cynthia hears what she wants to hear when you’re giving your order in drive- thru than when you correct her she catches a nasty attitude like take what I give you and not what you pay for, as a manager she just very unprofessional.
Cynthia came across the wrong one! Upon ordering she was decent and then when i asked her to make everything well done/fresh she ignored it and told me to come to the window. When I got there, they already were pretty dysfunctional. Someone handed me my food and I checked it and it wasn’t fresh at all! I sat there until someone came back and CYNTHIA had the nerves to ask me what’s going and why i’m still in the line rudely. I told her the hasbrowns wasn’t fresh and I KNOW for a fact since I used to work at Dunkin so I know food from the tray and food from the oven. She got smart with me and said it’s fresh and grabbed the bag and told me to go the front of the store. I waited there and someone else handed me back the food and all the hasbrowns were mushed and squshed up in inside. Do not order here. Cynthia needs to be fired for her nasty attitude and behavior towards people putting money in her pocket !!!
