I dislike giving bad reviews as I try to see the best in everything however I am leaving one today regarding a recurring issue with this particular location on West Colonial Drive and to address the unprofessional conduct of the morning manager, Cynthia.
On my past five visits, the staff has consistently failed to correctly prepare my mobile orders. The most common error involves my decaf coffee with oat milk, which I have received as a watered-down black coffee on multiple occasions.
During my most recent visit, when my order was incorrect, I politely brought the issue to the attention of the drive-thru attendant. The manager, Cynthia, then intervened.
• She approached the situation in a rude and dismissive manner.
• She repeatedly interrupted me, preventing me from explaining the situation.
• She incorrectly claimed my order was placed incorrectly, even when I offered to show her the details on my app.
• Her response to the complaint was a second poorly prepared coffee, and she attempted to rush me through the drive-thru without resolving the issue properly.
This pattern of service failure and a manager's hostile response to a polite customer complaint is unacceptable. This individual requires retraining in customer service and conflict resolution. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend anyone to this location due to her horrible service. .

We were traveling from Tampa and got breakfast at this amazing location with great service and the most friendly people. Mrs C and her team are the best in customer service . Keep it up guys !!!!

Terrible experience. The lady at the window was very rude. I had an item shown on the Dunkin app and she told me that they didn’t have it and that she didn’t know what it was. Once I made it to the window, I only got one item and was asked by the same lady ā€œwhat are you still doing here? Do you need somethingā€. As well they got my order wrong. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and got a cream cheese bagel. Also I ordered pumpkin munchkins and received a variety of munchkins. 1/100 I would not recommend going back.

The $5 meal special is 1 sausage cut into halves, very small and not too good.
Coffee is watered down.
The ice coffee is just cream and sugar with ice and no coffee.
The service is very poor!
The big black lady in the drive thru is always rude and angry and never puts napkins in the bag.

Never order coffee here. Half the time it's so burned you'll throw up after 1 sip. I have never had coffee this bad. I've gotten better coffee at a gas station at 2am.

The food here is consistently good, but the service leaves much to be desired. The woman who is usually in the window in the mornings is so rude. Half the time I get handed things and I'm missing something and then it's like I kicked her dog when I ask for the rest of my order or ketchup or napkins. You shouldn't treat the customer like they did something wrong when they need something additional at the window. I work in customer service and a customer facing position so I really try and have sympathy for other front line workers but she leaves a bad impression almost every interaction. So much that I'm just not going to stop at this location anymore even though it's convenient.

Customer service awful I was on a field trip with students there first summer experience was awful after the employer continued to scream I decided not to make a big purchase I went to Kristy Keene where they always professional She was black lazy looking didn’t speak just gave me the total and continued to act weird I did mention to her that I was doing a review because I actually employed with another company she said GREAT make sure to make a good review I told her absolutely not she looked stunned and asked why I told her she was rude she did try to change by that time I was already over it and had to remain professional because I had a van full of students I would say it’s the location but it not fair it’s the employees they have working her so glad I don’t work in that area!!!!!!!!!!
