I swear they should close this place down. I would be lucky to get what I ordered 20% of the time.. how low of standards this place is, has to be some sort of record

Mixed vanilla into my coffee my husband picked up for me while I got ready for work to take to my office for fridays, brunch at work and he tells me everything got mixed in!! I then asked him to pour us a bit and we try it, absolutely grotesque and unacceptable that we would spend over 30$ on coffee for them to do whatever they want to, to OUR coffee, I then open the box to find out they left half of my bag of Joe empty without coffee due to feeling how light it was for me to lift, only half the bag was full so my other 20$ worth of coffee they didn’t even serve it to me because they didn’t have enough coffee prepared for my order of box of Joe and thought I wouldn’t realize or care. Sad scammers.now I have to go back and get this corrected myself and be late for work. I’m tired of these people in the morning at this location, on top of being callus and low rate enough to actually try charging me 1.70 for each stirrer napkin sugar packet and creamer despite me and my husband showing them the app and what comes included via looking it up online even due to their constant arguing and bickering back and forth with customers over what comes included with my 40$ box of Joe. The women at this location need to be replaced with people who actually know the menu and the protocols for their job and customer service. I’ve worked for Dunkin since I was 16 I’m currently 31, if I could go work for you guys and handle this store for you like I did to get park and Edgewater winter park and Altamonte. They seem to need it BAD. I have my information on my LinkedIn account, via my first and last name. I’d be more than happy to change this store around for you and make it more appropriate and functional like the other ones do in the areas Lee road and north powers, but this little shop can’t ever seem to get it right. I would hate to see it end up like the pollo tropical, I took a break from them for a few months came back at the start of a fresh year and they still never have what they get asked for and I ask them for vanilla with sprinkles and they keep giving me chocolate, and I’m allergic. I want all my money back and someone reprimanded this is ridiculous all these issues always from the same morning people. With a snarky smart mouth boss who hands of gift cards so she doesn’t have to do her job, with not even the full refund on the gift cards. I’m tired of it and I will be filing an official statement of complaint. They need to clean house at this location. And it wasn’t even full all the way like their supposed to do, I’m coming back and I want all my husbands money back. And will file a report for pain and suffering and affecting my work.

I usually love Dunkin’ Donuts. But I’m just over it. Every time I order in person, everything comes out just fine but when I order through DoorDash or Uber eats. It’s like they do not give a crap they always make the order wrong and then they take their number off of Google so you can’t call them and complain or tell them about it. And then when you order, they don’t tell the people that you have multiple bags, they just stare at you. So unprofessional and this has happened over a dozen times. Need better management or someone to handle their drinks better

I have always loved this location. Whoever is managing this location needs to get their employees on one page. I have a sweet girl at the drive thru saying she will take my order and then a guy coming in saying she will not. They went back and forth about it between 10:20 and 10:38 am. You should definitely pull the footage and audio so you are aware of how your customers are being spoken to. Thank you!!!!!!
On top of that I paid extra for a shot of espresso and did not get that in my coffee.

Coffee was great. IT BETTER BE - i sent one of my guys in to get a big box of coffee on friday morning after the hurricane, we didn't have power. HOLY CRAP - i got the bill today - $25.00 for ONE BOX OF COFFEE???

It's not closed I just went this rising. The employees are always nice to me but then again I try to start my order with a cheerful voice and I smile when I pull up. I worked drive thru before at a food place . Although the ladies kind of mess up my order cause I don't be tasting any butter pecan and they hear whatever they want so VS. this one guy he's dark skinned he makes my coffees PERFECT rather hot or iced. Wish I knew his name . But overall I love it the ladies customer service definitely make up for a couple pumps of syrup especially with all the rude ppl I encounter.

DON'T ORDER THRU GRUB HUB!!!
We received only HALF the order and Dunkin management said there was nothing they could do. I confirmed store number off receipt, they couldn't even find the order.

We had to work directly with GRUB HUB, who stated once the order was marked as handed to,
We couldn't get food, but a refund.

Ha Ha... guy dropped bag on floor, knocked on door and was rounding corner of the hallway by time I picked up the bag. Well, he did have breakfast waiting for him.

Tried GRUB HUB because the night before, DOOR DASH "Lost" half our order. At least that restaurant replaced and delivered our dinner.

I asked for a French vanilla hot coffee let me tell you there was no suger added it wasn’t vanilla it was dark roast coffee. The lady in the front was rude as hell ontop of that I want my money back

Got my order on the app and went through the drive thru. No one was in line ahead and I had to pull forward and wait for a while, then when they brought the food out, it was missing some bagels. I had to go in and tell them it was missing for them to argue with each other about whether my order was right. I just wanted my food and to leave, finally got a couple plain bagels after waiting a little bit more. The bagels were really hard too btw. Would not recommend this location. I love Dunkin but I’ll never come to this location again. Terrible service and lack of managements and respect for customers.

Did the drive-thru but it's mid-afternoon ordered just two donuts and avocado toast. The toast was great but the donuts are a little on the small side and at the end of their life but they were still tasty

I honestly think that this store should close down. I can clearly tell that the employees hate their job and do not want to be there. Every female that has ever worked here has also had an attitude problem. They are constantly rolling their eyes at customers for no reason at all. They do not want to be bothered and only want to give you whatever they feel is good enough for the customer. Asking for anything is even a problem... such as napkins or condiments. It's disappointing to see how management lets this store operate. At this point, just close this place down because this has been going on for years and management keeps hiring people that have no business working there. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would!
