I had visited this Dunkin before and told myself I wouldn’t order from here again. Unfortunately, my experience today confirmed why. The staff seem very uninterested and act as if taking your order is a burden. I decided to give them another chance, hoping things might have improved, but it was exactly the same.
The service is extremely slow and there is very little attention to customers. I waited at the register for about 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. Orders take a long time to be prepared, and the drinks are not made very well either. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Honestly, this is the closest Dunkin near my house so I’ve given them MULTIPLE CHANCES but the ladies who work there are so rude and miserable and if they did their jobs correctly while being rude and miserable it wouldn’t be an issue but they don’t even do that. Everytime I go and I order, whether it is drive thru, mobile or in store my cups are NEVER FULL. The one time I mentioned it the short chubbier girl told me “well you placed a mobile order it melted” right… my iced drink melted and the drink evaporated so now the cup is less full…. No. Then today I went for the banana drink drops. I ordered a nutty banana cloud dunkalatte, she tried to tell me they don’t have that as I’m looking at it on the menu behind her, I point it out NICELY BC IM IN A GOOD MOOD EXCITED FOR MY DRINK and she catches an attitude, then I get the drink and the cup again is not full and is missing the foam, she tries to tell me the drink isn’t supposed to have foam… my sticker legit says foam… then she half-assed gave me foam and I get in the car to realize she didn’t even give me the drink I ordered. Get new employees because those girls hate their jobs and make it everyone else’s problem. AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO HAVE A TIP JAR

That lady with the cheap temu blonde hair ( drive thur)is very rude and disrespectful. Refuse to give my receipt.If you dont like your job leave. Put her in back away from customer service

I took my daughter here and she got food poisoning i though it was from somewhere else but I came here yesterday and i have food poisoning now I don't think this location is clean
Had to change my coffee 3 times & it still came out the wrong way. I ordered mini bagels it was still cold! I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese didn’t even get cream cheese. Very disappointed with this location and the staff they clearly not training employees correctly. Wasted time and money for something that was simply gross ! Do better

Genuinely the worse Dunkin I’ve been to in Orlando. Customer service is horrible! This is my second time coming, and both times were bad. For both times, I was sent out the drive through to wait for my food. I literally only order an egg and cheese and hashbrowns… it doesn’t take 20 minutes to make that. ESPECIALLY, when I made a mobile order. According to “zaniya” there was no manager or shift lead for me to speak with. She asked “Chrystal” to come talk to me instead because I refused to leave without speaking with a manager. Chrystal was just as cold as zaniya was and said there’s nothing she can do about just getting a refund and to talk to the app about any issues. The last time I came, I was told to go inside and get my own lid because they gave me the wrong size. Mind you, that was a whole different employee. So clearly, someone needs to do better on the hiring process.

Asked about the snackin bacon being extremely chilled and was met with not the best customer service and sour face to match. Show empathy sometimes, people are spending their hard earned money on breakfast the least you could do is be empathetic and understanding.

I’m there almost every morning and the quality is never the same. Sometimes I get 80% milk and 20% coffee and sometimes I get vice versa. That would be okay if I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes to get my coffee.
i come here a few times a week before work to get an iced coffee. so far i’ve only encountered one employee with manners, the rest are so rude. they don’t say please, thank you, have a nice day nothing! i’ll even thank them and they don’t say anything back? i guess being mannerless and miserable is a requirement to work here

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. This is my second time having issues here, and unfortunately both times it was with the same employee, Sherry. She is consistently rude and unprofessional.
Today I ordered a coffee and was cut off mid-sentence. When I tried to clarify (no cream, no sugar), I was told “next time order without pausing.” There was no pause — I had literally been cut off. On my first visit, I ordered a frozen coffee I’ve had before, and it was handed to me with chocolate on top. When I said that wasn’t what I ordered, I was basically told I was wrong. I even took pictures because it was so frustrating.
To make things worse, the store’s contact number doesn’t even work. When I mentioned it, I was brushed off with more attitude.
This Dunkin’ is giving the brand a bad name. Management seriously needs to address this behavior because customers should not be treated this way.
That general manager is the worse, shes always rude and has an attitude! Never coming here again.
