Horrible customer service if I can give it 0 stars I would. I spent $30 in food just for them to get my order wrong. My 3 year old son wanted a bacon egg cheese sandwich with butter. They gave my son a bagel with just butter, he’s 3 so of course he was upset and when I asked for them to give us a new sandwich that they got wrong Rosa which is the manager said to take it from my son because it’s against policy to give a new sandwich without having the food that was BITTEN out of while Covid is spiking again, I’m sure that’s against food safety regulations. Rosa also said she couldn’t give out corporate’s number or their district manager’s number.

Decided to get dunkin donut coffee at this location and upon entering I notice there was no one in sight then all of a sudden they all come put from the back room.I order a medium French vanilla coffee with two old fashion donuts and now I'm sorry I did.Coffee was the worst coffee I've tasted in a long time and the donuts could have been thrown out out a week ago!I reminded myself to why I never go to dunkin donuts!I read the comments here and saw many of under staff, well maybe if they stop hanging in the back room and get some work done then customers won't be so unhappy with the service.Good luck to everyone there.

Dunkin' Donuts changed its name so as not to be perceived as just a donut shop. The thing is donuts is what they do very well. All the other foodstuffs are okay to weird.I never thought something could beat out powdered eggs as a horrific texture, but the steamed eggs (NOT FRIED as they're described in the app) are the stuff of nightmares.
