This is the closest dunkin to my house and I've been going there for a few years now and I've been satisfied for they're service and products but the last 3 times I went the hash browns were hard as rocks I had to throw them away I gave them the benefit of doubt and let it go but this morning my husband went to get me and my son breakfast before he left for work and ice again the hash browns are not even edible and I'm really mad so a warning to everyone Avoid the hash browns at dunkin on Obt across from chase bank next to boost mobile because most likely you'll be wasting your money and also make sure you check your bag for cream cheese because that's another thing they either give you the wrong one or none at all sorry Dunkin your employees need to step it up a notch I will not be going there again I figure with all the money I'm wasting on hash browns I may as well just drive a little further and hope the next dunkin is providing better service

I feel bad for the employees who clearly lack training or basic customer service skills. I work nearby and try hard to avoid this Dunkin' (the location on Lee Rd is much better). Today I got an iced coffee refill to which the barista started to pour hot coffee, I said "that's supposed to be cold" and she replied "well you didn't say cold!" I replied that there were ice cubes floating in the cup. A simple "my mistake" would have been more than an acceptable response. If you want to see how far customer service has fallen in this county, this is the place for you! Maybe a class school trip or something. I didn't get a receipt and was given change out of the tip jar. I'd pay MORE to just be allowed to make my own coffee and not interact with the employees.

Make and take it yourself bar located inside a gas station, not a real Dunkin Donuts. Don't stop here for coffee. The ice machine didn't work, the cream was empty, and the lids for the iced coffee are from the gas station soda machine.

They don't know how to make the simplest coffee... I asked for the simplest coffee and they still ask me like I'm supposed to make it for them? Never had this problem is other locations
This place is the worst. The WORST. I work nearby and have gone to this location since it opened, but there has been a clear decline in service in the past couple of years. Today was the final straw. No overhang at the menu board to protect their customers from rain, so I had to sit there getting wet while I repeated my order THREE times to an employee who clearly doesn't listen. I ordered a small iced coffee with cream. I get a response, "small coffee with cream & sugar?" I repeated my order again, the employee asks? "Small iced coffee with mocha swirl, cream, & sugar?" I repeat again, yelling this time while the inside of my car and my left arm are pelted with rain. Then I drive up to the window which does have an overhang only to find out that there must be holes in it because there was a steady stream of water pouring right in front of it. I just can't anymore. Missed items, wrong items, burnt food, rude employees, being ignored while sitting in the drive-thru, I am DONE.

So almost every day I go to DD, sometimes different locations. This location didn't completely meet my expectations. I ordered a medium Iced caramel latte with whip cream and caramel drizzle. I got my latte with whip cream but was missing my caramel drizzle. I could have easily just had her take it back and add it but why do I need to repeat myself when I had already said when I first put my order in? This is why I'm giving this location 2 stars.

I walked in to get a black coffee, no food. It took a couple minutes to be waited on, another couple minutes to receive my coffee, and another couple minutes to receive my change - it shouldn't have taken more than a minute in total. Store is also dirty.

This location flat out sucks. I came here today to do some work on the laptop and the girls who work here scream at each other non stop, play around the entire time and make this location so loud that you cannot stay here to work let alone enjoy a cup of coffee. They run around the store chasing each other, yelling, screaming and doing hood rat stuff. Store manager / owner - get a hold of your employees...of this was my franchise I'd be embarrassed.

Yep, Never coming here again. Came here on break and asked for a medium cappuccino and a bacon and egg and cheese bagel with hash browns.. when I got to the window he asked what size coffee and I said it was a medium cappuccino. He asked me to drive forward, when I looked there was no one behind me so I waited. After waiting for a few mins, he came out again and asked me again about what kind of coffee was it. I again repeated myself and waited more.. he finally comes out hands me my bad and I drive off. I get to work and he didn't give me a a cappuccino and he gave me a sausage and egg sandwich cold with smashed hashbrowns !! At this point I've made up my mind and will never come back here again..
