We’re travelling from Canada and wanted some late night donuts last night so stopped by this location. The person working took our drive thru order and then informed us that the payment system was down, but served us our donuts anyways and even threw an extra one in the bag (and the donuts tasted nice and fresh which isn’t always common at that time of night). I didn’t catch their name, but whoever was working this location on Sept 30 @1am - we truly appreciated your kindness...
The staff are wayyy more polite these days and dont make it obvious that they hate their job. The coffee at this location is always more bitter or burnt tasting even if its their cold brew. But they always arr consistent and make the drinks exactly how you tell them so order extra cream and sugar if you like your drink extra sweet.
This is one of my favorite Dunkin’s to visit. The drinks are never watered down & always tasty. Only con is Lately though they’ve been excessively filling the drinks with so much ice I could barely get my straw into my cup.
