This is the best Dunkin' Donuts Ive ever been to. In the mornings there is this young man named Shawn that takes pride in his work. He is what customer service looks like. When he makes your food he makes it with Love. Even the Manager is very friendly and helpful. I switched to this location because of him.
I understand it’s not the best area, so my expectations shouldn’t be high haahah! The coffee is always good, the hash browns always minuscule. But recently, they’ve been slacking on napkins and clean condiments! I didn’t even have syrup in my order but My ketchup was covered in it! No napkins
They took my order quick, but then left one poor girl alone to manage everything. We waited over 20 minutes for 5 breakfast sandwiches. That is not fair for the 1 employee. Bad management.
