They were so rude to me, and I will never return to this location. I understand the morning rush can be frustrating, but as a customer, it’s unacceptable to be mistreated just because someone doesn’t want to do their job. I’m very disappointed because I used to shop at this location almost every week since it’s the closest to my workplace. Never again!

This dunkin donuts is a joke. I decided this morning since I was in the area at 6:20am to go to dunkin. When I arrived the young girl taking my order didn't even say good morning but I did because I have manners. I only ordered two things which was a toasted croissant with strawberry jelly on the side and a snackin bacon. When I approached the window I didn't even get a good morning nothing. When she was giving me my things she said "HERE" I was like okay well have a nice day ? she closed that little window door so fast I just thought that was so rude. I looked inside my bag there was no strawberry jelly and the bacon was burnt. I just wanted to say please whoever is training these new employees try ans go over the rules and regulations when taking a customers order because I can tell that isn't being taught and they have no proper customer skills whatsoever.

This location is closest to my office but after several bad experiences, I decided to drink stormwater runoff before buying here again. There is nothing done well at this location. They consistently get the order wrong, they add hashbrowns to orders without approval and the coffee is the worst in the city. In terms of responsiveness and customer service, this location would be better served by parrots and monkeys. I am truly grateful for food industry workers and I am thankful that we have so many options but this location should be shut down permanently or opened under new management.

I travel for work and visit Dunkin all around Florida. This location has by far the worst service and associate attitude that I have experienced. Orders were consistently incorrect the entire week with excuses made instead of apologies.

Employee here threatened to shoot me and told me to go back to the country I came from. Left and immediately called the cops. I come to this dunkin 3-4 times a week to grab coffee. I ordered the medium coffee and donut through drive through and the total was $5.20. I gave the employee a free donut to scan from my dunkin rewards. After scanning he scanned my payment card and said I still owe 20 cents. To which I told him the donut was free and I only owe for a coffee which is $3 and change. He said that’s what it says here in a rude manner and is like you owe 20 cents. After that I drive and park and go inside to clear it up to which that guy comes and says don’t you check me for 20 cents if you can’t afford it. I kept telling him the reward was for a free donut and I don’t owe $5.20 rather less. After that he goes on to say I’ll slap you and shoot you and go back to your country where you came from. Beware stay away from this location if you are minority they deny service based on race and discriminate in 2024.

Placed a simple order and it came out wrong. Person working the drivethru didnt apologize or say anything at all. Handed me my bag and walked away. No greeting, no thank you...nothing
