Why if I put in an order to be picked up at 4:30pm, I get to the store at 4:50pm and my order is not ready? The girl who got my order should have told me the process of how it works. I’m sitting here at 5:20pm and they are still working on my order, they should have told me I needed to come in and leave it paid for before hand so it could be ready at the pick up time. My party started at 5pm. Thanks Dunkin! Please train your employees better!

the employees were kind and attentive, coffee and food came out correctly, it seemed clean and well-organized when I came in. no complaints, not sure what the one-star reviews are for

The African-American gentleman working the window to take the order and to give us the coffees was so rude and ignorant he barely reached to hand in my card acted like it was a pain for him to attempt to scan my phone and give me my points so I didn’t even get my points, and then acted like he couldn’t reach out the window that far to give me the coffees. Didn’t even address us when we pulled up at the window greet us or anything. Just simply said the price of our coffees. It’s the main reason why we’ve stopped going to Dunkin for the most part because you guys hire people who have no customer service skills definitely won’t be back.

The associate working the register was extremely rude and unprofessional. Held one of my associates up for 30 minutes saying that our online order did not exist, despite us showing the receipt with the order number and address. Became frustrated with us for asking for our food.

Meanwhile she was on her phone and facetiming the entire time. Ear pods in her ears. Unprofessional and rude.

This Dunkin location is absolutely abhorrent in every way. I went here on my 30-min lunch during my shift today since it's the closest one to my job, and the trip was not worth it. I didn't even order a drink, just breakfast food. Avocado toast with bacon bits and hash browns. Not that hard, right? Service took forever at the drive-thru window and the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there or even knew what they were doing. They forgot the bacon bits on top of my avocado toast but charged me for it anyway. The avocado spread was carelessly thrown on top of the toast. The toast itself was literally inedible. I couldn't even bite it, that's how stale it was. Ended up throwing my $7.49 down the drain and wasting gas for nothing. Disgusting and unacceptable, but what can you expect from a Dunkin next to a Walmart? Never coming to this location again. Go to the one on 8485 S Orange Blossom Trl next time, they're always friendly and never mess your order up!

The girls are really nice at this location and the place is always clean. Just be sure to not pick up your order inside. No matter how long the line is in the drive thru, I promise you will get your food after their drive thru is cleared if you go inside. My food is also always hot but sometimes my croissant is burnt and my meat always looks like it needs more cooking time which is odd. But the ladies are nice.

I love coming to this Dunkin. It’s right across the street from my job. I like to come on Saturday mornings to get my team some donuts and the workers here are always so friendly helpful, so happy they help make my Saturday morning great!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit. My order was horrible—there was a plastic-like burnt substance in my coffee, which was completely unacceptable. I tried calling several times to inform the business about this issue, but no one answered. I was a loyal fan of this place, but with this experience and the lack of effort to address the issue, I can no longer support a business that refuses to right a wrong. They were so rude to me, and I will never return to this location. I understand the morning rush can be frustrating, but as a customer, it’s unacceptable to be mistreated just because someone doesn’t want to do their job. I’m very disappointed because I used to shop at this location almost every week since it’s the closest to my workplace. Never again!

This dunkin donuts is a joke. I decided this morning since I was in the area at 6:20am to go to dunkin. When I arrived the young girl taking my order didn't even say good morning but I did because I have manners. I only ordered two things which was a toasted croissant with strawberry jelly on the side and a snackin bacon. When I approached the window I didn't even get a good morning nothing. When she was giving me my things she said "HERE" I was like okay well have a nice day ? she closed that little window door so fast I just thought that was so rude. I looked inside my bag there was no strawberry jelly and the bacon was burnt. I just wanted to say please whoever is training these new employees try ans go over the rules and regulations when taking a customers order because I can tell that isn't being taught and they have no proper customer skills whatsoever.
