My daughter placed another order online. Went to the store to pick up. Girl asks her what she is waiting on and she told her her order. The girl said I don’t have that order. My Daughter showed her on her phone that you place the order at 9 AM after the fiasco with the first order. Girl starts looking around then says oh yeah here’s the tag I have it did not have the food just the order I can and started doing other random things instead of taking care of my daughters order....read full review
I am very disappointed with this Dunkin. I did my mobile order just to speed up the process and get to work on time. When I get there (drive thru pickup) I tell them I am picking up a mobile order and give my name. She was rude over the speaker because she couldn’t understand my name. That I was able to forgive because I do have a difficult name. Then she tells me my drinks could not be made because their espresso machine is down. This is now the second time on at least 2 weeks...read full review
