I go here 2 times a week because i manage a property down the street so they are the closest to me i,m not here to say everyone is not doing there job. I'm upset because this is the second time between this week and last week that my order is wrong and nasty and even before these past 2 weeks this same issue reoccurs from time to time i ask for all flats extra crispy i get flats and drums soggy and very chewy i know i can bring it back and get it remade but i do not have time...read full review

The food is always great and enjoyable, with the Birthday Cake Shake being described as SOOooo good and addictive. The chicken tenders are always tasty, and the food comes out hot and fresh. However, some issues have been noted. When ordering a large meal, there is sometimes less food than expected, like only about 6-7 fries. The coleslaw has been mellowed and did not have a sweet taste like previous visits, seeming rotten. A delivery order was cancelled and stolen, though the workers made the situation better. The lobby is clean and orderly, and the gals at the counter are fantastic at recommendations and happy to answer questions.
