Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers outstanding customer service, with workers who are extremely kind and helpful. The food is always great and enjoyable, with the Birthday Cake Shake being described as SOOooo good and addictive. The chicken tenders are always tasty, and the food comes out hot and fresh. However, some issues have been noted. When ordering a large meal, there is sometimes less food than expected, like only about 6-7 fries. The coleslaw has been mellowed and did not have a sweet taste like previous visits, seeming rotten. A delivery order was cancelled and stolen, though the workers made the situation better. The lobby is clean and orderly, and the gals at the counter are fantastic at recommendations and happy to answer questions.
