I was in the Dunkin facility and I had a certain issue with a staff member called Jerome/jaz He claimed that a register wasn’t working and without addressing me politely, and other people that were in line as customers also with receiving my food, my mango refresher didn’t seem that Fruitful and sweet more of a coffee taste like a old cup, filled with coffee, and as I was receiving my hash browns and telling him my order He was yelling at me a Disrespectful but can compare...
Olivia, the general manager, was SO kind and went above and beyond to rectify a missed order. Definitely will be coming back to this Dunkin purely for her.
Also, the coffee at all Dunkins is hit or miss, but this one in particular gets it right more often than not!

I’m just worried that there aren’t enough workers here to cover the entire store! Most times I’ve been here there’s only one person… doing the entire store. Please make sure the workers are well taken care of they deserve it!
