100% perfect. They were out of an ice cream I wanted mint chocolate chip BUT Danyla made it right, she took one of the ones from their freezer to make my banana split. We were gonna leave and go somewhere else but she made it right. Thank you for doing that. I also gave them a shout-out on my YouTube channel ITSJBTV that night for doing that.

Been here several times. Normally staff seems impatient and annoyed that they have to be there but the food and coffee are always good and it’s the only one in the area that actually had good food. Today the staff again seemed annoyed and my coffee tastes like chemicals. Burned my tongue like I ate soap. Now I have to buy another coffee somewhere else as this is inedible

Worst customer service ever, someone with name Hazael took my order of half dozen donuts thru the drive thru I forgot to add two coffees to my order and when I got to the window he did not want to add my two coffees he said I had go back in the line because there was a line, there was literally no one behind me at all. He made me park in the parking lot to wait for my coffees and still there was no one behind me.
Came in to order one of the fall beverages that they are advertising all over the store, and this is what happened when I tried to do it.

The Attitude here is horrid, every single worker has a terrible attitude. They NEVER have anything whether it be sandwiches or bagels or even ice cream. And in the slight chance they do, their coffee is always cold, donuts always stale, and workers have the act as if you killed their first born son.
