I ordered online 6 specific donuts and a free coffee that I had a coupon for, once I entered drive through to pick up my order a rude employee tells me they don’t have the donuts available and that I couldn’t get a refund which is unacceptable. She also refused to give me my free coffee that I had a coupon for. She wanted to make me order again so I can get the free coffee. This made me so frustrated. Please fix your store.

I usually go to Dunkin stores , because coffee is good I drink a latte all the time, but everytime I come to this specific location, the manager is always rude, the employees are annoyed to be there and coffee is never right. And food is old beagles are hard! Today was my last day at Dunkin.

the absolute most disgusting staff. not only is their attitude disgusting but so are their protocols. no gloves while serving food? food and beverages being left out overnight and then used anyways the next morning. bacon and ice cream being served with mold in it? absolutely disgusting. and don’t even get me started on the store managers attitude. it’s just as disgusting as she looks. 700 lbs of pure disgust. behind the counter in slides, and with her hair down. she talks to customers about her employees. overall just disgusting inside and out. this location needs to be shut down. rat feces and roaches all over the lobby, i can’t imagine what it looks like behind the counter. don’t eat here unless you want to get sick. i was sick for days after ordering a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with a mango refresher. save your stomach.

Wow! I’m a regular here, never complain but this has to be noted. I pulled to the drive through, orders my usual. When I ordered, I order loud ABs clear so there aren’t any miscommunication, the person repeated my order and I confirmed my order. I pulled to the window ands noticed she’s giving me a HOT coffee, I told her I ordered ICED coffee, her reply was short of professional. She said well that’s why I heard. She went to fix my correct drink then my bagel came out, another lady asked me, did you order an everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese with cream cheese. I said yes and was given my bagel. The lady with my drink and a STANK look on her face as she gave me my drink. I aplogized for the miscommunication to her and I got ignored, I told her to have a great day as I was pulling away and again got ignored. Driving away I started to get my food out of the bag and noticed was missing items to my bagel. I know that this was a real long read and would appreciate if managers take proper measures to this and retrain their employees on customer service. Sucks I paid almost $12 for iced coffee and a bagel with cream cheese

This is the location closer to home and no matter how hard I try to have a good experience, is just not at all! I am subject to have the drink that they decide to make and Im pretty sure they are not following the recipe! I asked for a medium Frozen Coffee, Butter Pecan!! As advertised! I didn’t asked for nothing different!! And this is what I got!! It was thru drive thru and it is common they handle the drinks or food and immediately move from the window! Basically not letting me ask at least is this the one I asked for? Doesn’t look like the one advertised! And Im not saying it has to look the same! But the flavor at least should be!! It tastes nothing like butter pecan or Coffee! It tastes like frozen brown sugar!! Horrible!!

I received a coupon by mail to use before 7/31/2025 (buy one hashbrown get another one free) I presented the coupon to the upfront employee this morning 7/1/2025. When I placed order to my unexpected surprise employee tells me that the coupon has been used. I know this is a lie because I just received the coupon through the mail yesterday along with other coupons not expired. What is the purpose of them offering coupons through the mail if they are not going to validate them? If that coupon was used, I wouldnt'have received it in the first place. I didn't appreciate the employees lieing to me about that. Any coupons I received by mail from here on I will throw in trash. Very dissatisfied with their service.
