compared to other locations i’ve gotten from, this one is the best! other locations forget items in my order, or it isn’t fresh, but this location remembered all items and the food was properly cooked. thank you.

I made an order for a different store and was annoyed to find out the App didn’t put it for the one nearest me (down the road). I was already running late so frustration was active. But i was surprised when the manager asked me if I came often to the location. I skeptically said “no why? ?” , he nonchalantly replied with “ I haven’t seen you before and I remember all my customers”. #MindBlown . We in general as humans need to feel like we are more than a number....

I usually get my breakfast here when in a rush.
Today there was only one person on staff taking care of the Sunday morning rush. Though overwhelmed she remained professional and getting everyone's orders out to them in a timely fashion.
This woman deserves a promotion and a raise. She showed the ability to multi-task in the face of the odds.
Dunkin should consider promoting her to a corporate position.
I'd be sad to see her go, but...
