I usually like their food but I just ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the egg was very salty. Couldn’t eat my sandwich and since I got my order from drive-thru It was too late to drive back and complain. Please tell your cook to stop putting salt on the egg. Way too much salt. Disappointed ? and now I didn’t eat anything and don’t have time to get something else anymore because I have to be at work on time. ??

The manager Rebecca is so rude. Horrible customer service. I don’t know how she became manager but I will never go back to this branch because of her. There is a girl named Hope that works there. She is so nice and sweet. She has amazing customer service and knows how to treat people with respect. If anybody goes to this branch give Hope a little extra love. Hope should be manager. That place would be thriving with customers if she was manager. Rebecca out Hope in!

It's my first time here and the bagels were yummy and the people friendly. Would recommend
Been to several Einstein shops across the USA. This location is not in as nice of an area as some. Didn’t get any of that cozy upscale vibe that we’re used to from Einstein. After waiting for 20 minutes for my wife’s bagel and shmear, we went to the counter and asked about it. The lady said “Oh, we’re out of that kind”. She offered to make any other kind of bagel and shmear immediately, and she did, Overall, not impressed.

We liked that Einstein makes fresh-cracked Eggs. Breakfact sandwitches are very good. Only concern is with the wait time. We have to wait almost 15-20 minutes to get the order ready.

I'm still very much on my bagel kick from my vacation! Einstein Bros are no NY bagels but I still enjoy my food here when I'm able to stop by! I ordered my food to go before heading out to work, and I was able to place my order and get my food quickly! I ordered the Nova Lox on an Asiago bagel which comes with smoked salmon, red onions, capers and cream cheese. Overall pretty good bagel! This is a great spot for bagels for just you or if you're ordering for family or the office! This is my go to place whenever we are bringing breakfast foods to work!

I had that Texas Brisket & Egg Bagel sandwich. It was awesome! It came with some kind of aoili. I would have preferred bbq sauce, though.I also ordered the cinnamon roll. I realize I was there at 1pm, but the outside two rings were DRY and crusty. Very disappointing for $4.50!
