I'm still very much on my bagel kick from my vacation! Einstein Bros are no NY bagels but I still enjoy my food here when I'm able to stop by! I ordered my food to go before heading out to work, and I was able to place my order and get my food quickly! I ordered the Nova Lox on an Asiago bagel which comes with smoked salmon, red onions, capers and cream cheese. Overall pretty good bagel! I had that Texas Brisket & Egg Bagel sandwich. It was awesome! It came with some kind of aoili. I would have preferred bbq sauce, though.I also ordered the cinnamon roll. I realize I was there at 1pm, but the outside two rings were DRY and crusty. Very disappointing for $4.50!

We liked that Einstein makes fresh-cracked Eggs. Breakfact sandwitches are very good. Only concern is with the wait time. We have to wait almost 15-20 minutes to get the order ready.
