Panaderia El Cafetal - Breakfast and Restaurant Orlando is a highly recommended spot for authentic Puerto Rican bakery and breakfast foods. The bakery offers fresh pastries such as cheese Danish, guava Danish, pineapple and cheese Danish, and sobao bread, which are praised for their freshness and great taste. Their breakfast sandwiches, especially those made with pan sobao, are considered excellent and reminiscent of Puerto Rican flavors. The Pastrami sandwich is noted as a must-try, maintaining high quality over the years, with a clean environment and friendly customer service. The restaurant features a variety of flavorful options, including the popular sorullos, alcapurria, and the delicious frozen jugo de parcha (passion fruit juice). While some dishes like mofongo with Carne Frita al ajillo may lack flavor for certain tastes, the overall food experience is positive, with many items praised for their authenticity and taste. The staff speaks both English and Spanish, making it accessible to diverse customers, though there can be minor language barriers. Conveniently located close to the airport, it is a great place to enjoy a Puerto Rican meal before or after travel, with free parking and clean facilities. Whether for breakfast, pastries, or lunch, Panaderia El Cafetal offers a taste of Puerto Rico with friendly service and fresh food.
