The lady at the front was super sweet and nice and explained the brunch buffet details. So my friend and I gave it a shot. After paying, we went to the buffet and the dishes still had food gunk on them. We asked for fresh dishes and we got one plate each but the staff left the dirty gunk-food dishes on the table for the next people.

This is my 3rd time coming here and it was not at all like the first 2. We walked in around 5 something and looked like they were dead. Okay I get that it’s a slow day. As I walk in, silence. No greeting or anyone telling us to sit or order food at the bar. We had to idea what to do till another group came in and were also confused. First I would like to say the hours have changed but they have not changed on open table. I booked our reservation for 11am weeks before. Then an hour before I get a email stating that my reservation was modified to 12:30pm. Apparently now they open at 12:00for brunch. I must say I haven't been to Ember in about a yr or 2.
