Beautiful restaurant in the lovely Rosen Center Hotel. Unique Florida atmosphere. Waitstaff was attentive friendly and professional! Food selections creative and delicious! Nice wine and cocktail selections!
Went to check this place out because it was on the Magical Dining and David from Channel 9 news showed it on the 9 am morning news. Was good for being in a hotel, as a matter of fact, it was better than expected.
I returned to the Everglades for the Disney magical dining experience. The watermelon goat cheese appetizer was delicious. Chilean Seabass and risotto was outstanding and the pineapple cheesecake was very sumptuous. The waitress was excellent. She did a good job taking care it did take a lot of time between courses but the restaurant was fairly full would go back again. f me.
