This is an amazing place to have a business meeting to take a lady friend or just a quick bite or drink !! Ask for (Victor)bartender he is the go to guy for all your needs very professional and knowledgeable on all your needs ! Amazing experience will definitely be back !!

I’m hopeful that I can change my review, but as of right now I’m super frustrated. Our AC is not working properly in our room and we are miserable. They sent a technician to look at it but no luck, still not working. They gave us a box fan to help circulate air which is doing nothing. It’s staying between 76 and 78 in our room. They offered to move us to a different room, but it’s not the same room we have. No view or balcony which is what we paid extra for. They said they will have the same room available after 4:00 the next day. We would have to move our stuff multiple times and stay in a room that is not equivalent to what we paid for. I get it if there is not a room available, but the right thing to do would be to comp a meal or credit us a night. Do SOMETHING. After going round and round with the staff, we gave up. Hopefully they can make it right tomorrow. I can say most of the staff were pleasant even though they couldn’t make the situation better. Finally spoke to the night manager and you could tell he didn’t really care. We just gave up because it’s been a long day of travel and we are going to try and sleep in this sauna. If they make the situation right tomorrow I will edit my review. Fingers crossed 🤞 It sucks too because I never leave bad reviews and I hate to, but come on man.

Nice environment. Great music. Bartender was great too. The only problem was that I had to walk up to the bartender and order after the servers ignored us for over 20 minutes. I mean they looked right at us and kept walking. At one point I made eye contact and signaled to one. He acknowledged and signaled back, yet still never came to the table. The bar was wide open and waiting for something to do, so I cut out the middle man and went up there. Table service was positively abysmal.

As far as hotel lobby bars go it was great. The drinks were awesome and nicely poured, the food was also great we had Wagyu sliders and they filled us both up, would definitely recommend.

I loved our experience at Grande Lakes except for one thing. The pool! One day I was looking down at the pool and notice something off about the main pool. The big pool in the middle was greenish/brown! I called down to the desk and the said they would check it out. At that point my kids had already been in it. I was supposed annoyed. I also called the recreation department. I still have not heard a response to what it was that was wrong with the pool?

Absolutely terrible. Waited for 2 hours for food. During that 2 hours the server brought me us one drink. I had to go to the bar for a refill of soda. The table next to us was sat 15 minute after us, ordered more food, including wings and pizza, and was served before us. Just a garbage experience all around. We ended up walking out and door dashing food that arrived in 15 minutes from a local restaurant. Don’t waste your time here.

We sat outside in the firepit area and it was amazing.. Food was a little spicy for me but the others loved it.. Great place for an event or just a night out.. Thinking about 4th of July there The fireworks were amazing The 2 ladies that were our waitresses were awsome.. And let's not forget an awsome DJ up in there.. We had a special moment and memories made Thank you Evrbar it was amazing .. We will be back again..

This is the bar in main lobby, they have a separate menu from the lobby restaurant. The EVABurger was just delicious and service was good, food came out in a timely fashion. The cocktail drinks are also delicious.

Sadly we threw all the food away…As a lover of savory and flavorful wings, I was excited to give them a try. However, upon my first bite, I was met with an overwhelming sensation of sweetness that completely overpowered any other flavors. The sauce coating the wings was excessively sweet, making it challenging to even finish a single piece. It felt as though the chef had accidentally poured an entire bottle of sugar into the sauce, leaving me longing for the well-balanced combination of flavors that I had hoped for. Regrettably, the chicken wings were simply too sweet to enjoy, and I was left with an unpleasant taste in my mouth.Moving on to the charcuterie board, I had high expectations for a well-curated selection of cured meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. However, what arrived at the table was a far cry from the classic charcuterie experience. Firstly, the board was lacking several essential components that are typically expected on such a platter. There was a severe shortage of variety, with only a couple of types of cheeses and a meager assortment of sliced meats. It was as if the chef had hastily assembled the board without paying attention to the importance of offering a diverse and generous selection.
