“Stopped in for lunch, Firehouse Subs does not disappoint. Sub was fresh made and delicious. I had a med. Hook and Ladder, Bun was soft and fresh, turkey, ham, lettuce, mayo. Excellent.
Service was fast, the shop was clean and comfortable.“
“The team memebr that assisted me once I arrived was super helpful and really made the whole experience incredible. She was a African American girl who was tending the To go orders and she helped get me toppings I forgot to order on my sandwich, chips, and sauces and wad incredible. Really appreciated her help.“

“I ordered an online order late in the evening right as it switched to the next day pickup, and I had just arrived at the location. The owner personally called me moments after placing the order to confirm I meant to select the next day and called the store himself to ask the employees to please complete the order. I was very thankful for taking care of the order despite my error, and making sure to call me personally to confirm the changes. Great service all around and the sandwiches were delicious.“
“Great staff and delicious food. The food is always good when I get down to the area and visit this place.
The staff is quite friendly and welcoming, which is not the norm these days. Customer service is the main goal here. The food is hot, crispy and meat spread over the entire bun.
The staff tries to truly give you a lunch to write about, it was delicious. They even gave me an extra pickle.
I get down here every 3 to 4 months and this is my treat to myself.“
“My son asked to come here after his outpatient surgery. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a great meal and headed home for recovery. I wish I remember the name of the staff member who took our order and brought it out to our table so I could thank him by name here.“

“THEEESE GUYYS ARE AMMMMMMAAAAZIIING!! from the moment I walk in the door, I’m greeted by everybody saying my name and hey welcome to Firehouse. It truly makes me feel like family. Everybody works super fast to try to get our food expedited as quickly as possible. With the exception of a few that like to stand around and play on their phones, they have a really great staff, shout out to Miss Paige and to this sweet little girl with glasses and pretty hair in a ponytail you guys are amazing. I love y’all! Keep doing a great job. I will not go to any other Firehouse. This is the cleanest and sweetest I’ve ever been. .. This is my home store. The food is always fresh and always taste good!!!! I always get the hook and ladder. It is one of my favorites and I am never let down. :) Love you guys thanks for always taking great care of me!! Excellent service!!!!“
“Went there right about closing and that didn't make a difference. My subs were hot, fresh and delicious!!! But the star of the experience were DAYMA and DOM!!!! They both were just genuine, very kind, patient and welcomed you with a warm smile the minute you walked in, they simply couldn't do enough for you and was just lovely and their phenomenal customer service skills made all the difference! Firehouse Subs definitely has a gem with DAYMA and DOM!!! God bless you guys!!“
“My favorite sub is the Steamer. I get it as the combo because they have the best cherry coke. The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired as the TV usually has something about sharks biting, gators attacking, terrible storms, surgeries gone wrong, fish and game, etc. It can get gruesome. The staff is friendly.“

“Tried a club sub. First time trying this restaurant. Service was friendly and efficient. Sub was $9.99 for what looked like an 8” sub. Reasonable for an airport location. Generous amount of meat and it was a delicious sandwich. Would go back.“
