“They complete staff Welcome me in and the Young lady Dayma at the Register she very NICE ,Courteous, very Respectful. We need more employees in this industry and paid then well. you don't find Good Poeple like her that enjoy there job. well knowledge on the menu and gave a suggestions on the New Yorker Pastrami....was food was great. I will tell my Family and Friends to ask for her. She the BEST....had a great experience here. 5 🌟“

“The team memebr that assisted me once I arrived was super helpful and really made the whole experience incredible. She was a African American girl who was tending the To go orders and she helped get me toppings I forgot to order on my sandwich, chips, and sauces and wad incredible. Really appreciated her help.“

“My son asked to come here after his outpatient surgery. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a great meal and headed home for recovery. I wish I remember the name of the staff member who took our order and brought it out to our table so I could thank him by name here.“

“My favorite sub is the Steamer. I get it as the combo because they have the best cherry coke. The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired as the TV usually has something about sharks biting, gators attacking, terrible storms, surgeries gone wrong, fish and game, etc. It can get gruesome. The staff is friendly.“

“My only dislike is the way staff spoke to each other in front of customers. One of the ladies corrected told a young man to do something with frustration in front of me. I don't feel customers should have e to hear internal issues. Also, they weren't changing gloves after dealing with things other than food. One employee adjusted pants and continued to make sandwiches and I didn't see another employee change gloves after dealing with the register. Other than that, everything was good“

“I ordered an online order late in the evening right as it switched to the next day pickup, and I had just arrived at the location. The owner personally called me moments after placing the order to confirm I meant to select the next day and called the store himself to ask the employees to please complete the order. I was very thankful for taking care of the order despite my error, and making sure to call me personally to confirm the changes. Great service all around and the sandwiches were delicious.“

“THEEESE GUYYS ARE AMMMMMMAAAAZIIING!! from the moment I walk in the door, I’m greeted by everybody saying my name and hey welcome to Firehouse. It truly makes me feel like family. Everybody works super fast to try to get our food expedited as quickly as possible. With the exception of a few that like to stand around and play on their phones, they have a really great staff, shout out to Miss Paige and to this sweet little girl with glasses and pretty hair in a ponytail you guys are amazing. I love y’all! Keep doing a great job. I will not go to any other Firehouse. This is the cleanest and sweetest I’ve ever been. .. This is my home store. The food is always fresh and always taste good!!!! I always get the hook and ladder. It is one of my favorites and I am never let down. :) Love you guys thanks for always taking great care of me!! “I had the Italian sub and it was so good. After a week of cruise food - the flavour, fresh veggies, and perfect toasted sub bun hit the spot. The airport was packed, but they were consistent in getting the orders through. Would definitely recommend.“

“This store is always a sure shot, two things to take in consideration. This is one of the busiest areas on international drive. During weekends don’t expect fast service, even on the app, it might double the waiting time. It’s pretty normal with all business in this plaza. They really try to do their best and overall is very clean and nice. Food is great and if you take your time to inspect your items and you will be fine. It’s a fast food place, not a la-carte restaurant. You can’t beat this price. 10 years strong and yes, it’s my local store.“
