“Hi would rate them 10 stars out of 5! Such amazing service!! And not just one person, everyone. Felt like I was at a fine dining restaurant. Met the manager Stephen. Super nice and friendly too. They took extra care to change their gloves and clean the knives to not cross contaminate with any animal proteins. Amazing!! Thank you! The sandwiches tasted great too.“

“Firehouse Subs Flamingo Crossing is our go to when we are in the Western Way area, which is usually for business. A warm sub sandwich with quality meats and veggies - I can almost smell it now. Mmmm mmmmmm! The restaurant is always clean, and the employees have always been polite and efficient. We’ve never had a bad sandwich there, ever. The brownies for dessert are extra good. I like their Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, because you get a lot of options. Now things are going to go wrong- nobody is operating at 100%. Tonight the drink machine did not have carbonation. But no-bubbles aside, I don’t believe that a review should be based on one visit when something goes wrong. Machinery breaks. We still had a great meal, and Firehouse is a nice option to Disney theme park food if you’re headed that direction. The Firehouse franchise has donated 100 million in grants across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico for life-saving equipment, training, and resources to help first responders and public safety groups. That’s a win win!“
