“Ordered for pickup via the Firehouse App. The sandwiches were ready fast, and all of our sandwich modifications were correct! The employee who gave me order was super polite! Probably one of the best Firehouse Subs experiences I’ve ever had!!“

“We stopped in for a late night sub for the first time in years. I'm so glad we did. The Italian was absolutely delicious. The veggies were fresh, and the meat and cheese were fantastic. “Yesterday I found out I was diagnosed with diabetes. Of course I don’t know what I should and shouldn’t eat. Tonight my husband asked what would I like to eat I told him Firehouse sub. He went to pick up the order but just like a husband he left without checking if everything is correct. When I opened my sub it had onions and tomatoes which I heard him specifically requested to leave off. He also was charged for a combo he didn’t order. I took my food back and the lady that took his order had left. There was a young man there by the name of Juan who explained at the moment he didn’t have access to refund so he allowed me to get the chips and fixed my order right away. He asked me over just to make sure my order was made correctly. I really appreciate you Juan thank you. I made this review in the parking lot I was so appreciative. While sitting here who did I see driving back up with her son to pick up a box? The lady my husband said was in a rush to take his order because she had to leave. I was able to get a picture of her and she drives a silver Nissan. Girl you have to do better at your job you never know who is willing to write a review!!!“

“My favorite sub is the Steamer. I get it as the combo because they have the best cherry coke. The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired as the TV usually has something about sharks biting, gators attacking, terrible storms, surgeries gone wrong, fish and game, etc. It can get gruesome. The staff is friendly.“

“THEEESE GUYYS ARE AMMMMMMAAAAZIIING!! from the moment I walk in the door, I’m greeted by everybody saying my name and hey welcome to Firehouse. It truly makes me feel like family. Everybody works super fast to try to get our food expedited as quickly as possible. With the exception of a few that like to stand around and play on their phones, they have a really great staff, shout out to Miss Paige and to this sweet little girl with glasses and pretty hair in a ponytail you guys are amazing. “We had a great dining experience last night at Firehouse Subs. From the moment we walked in, we immediately noticed how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The dining area, serving counter, and overall atmosphere gave a great first impression and made us feel comfortable right away.

The two team members working tonight, Roosevelt and Taniayah, truly made our visit exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, polite, professional, and genuinely attentive from beginning to end. It’s becoming increasingly rare to receive customer service with this level of hospitality, but they treated every customer with respect, stayed focused, and handled everything efficiently. They were knowledgeable, diligent, and made sure our order was prepared exactly as requested without missing a single detail. Their positive attitudes and teamwork were outstanding and deserve to be recognized.

When it came time to eat, the Club on a Sub was an absolute delight. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The ingredients were well-balanced, the bread was excellent, and the sandwich was made with obvious care. My original plan was to eat only half tonight and save the rest for tomorrow, but after the first few bites, that plan quickly disappeared. It was simply too good to put down, and before I knew it, I had finished the entire sandwich.

The background music was a great touch. It featured what I believe was a mix of classic hits from the ’80s and ’90s, creating a nostalgic and relaxing atmosphere. The volume was set just right—loud enough to enjoy the music and enhance the dining experience, yet soft enough to allow for comfortable conversation without having to raise our voices. It was the perfect balance and added to the overall welcoming ambiance of the restaurant.

Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back. Great food is important, but great people make all the difference, and Roosevelt and Taniayah certainly did that tonight. Their outstanding customer service, combined with an excellent meal, turned an ordinary dinner into a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Five well-deserved stars to these two young team members. Firehouse Subs is fortunate to have employees who represent the brand with such professionalism, kindness, and pride. Keep up the fantastic work!
