“Ordered for pickup via the Firehouse App. The sandwiches were ready fast, and all of our sandwich modifications were correct! The employee who gave me order was super polite! Probably one of the best Firehouse Subs experiences I’ve ever had!!“

The staff was incredibly attentive all night, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food and drinks were excellent, and our guests had a great time. Highly recommend for any private event!“

“We stopped in for a late night sub for the first time in years. I'm so glad we did. The Italian was absolutely delicious. The veggies were fresh, and the meat and cheese were fantastic. We didn't realize until we walked out they were closing in 10 minutes. Even with them closing in 10 minutes, this was one of our favorite subs we have ever had and the employees were so friendly. “Yesterday I found out I was diagnosed with diabetes. Of course I don’t know what I should and shouldn’t eat. Tonight my husband asked what would I like to eat I told him Firehouse sub. He went to pick up the order but just like a husband he left without checking if everything is correct. When I opened my sub it had onions and tomatoes which I heard him specifically requested to leave off. He also was charged for a combo he didn’t order. I took my food back and the lady that took his order had left. There was a young man there by the name of Juan who explained at the moment he didn’t have access to refund so he allowed me to get the chips and fixed my order right away. He asked me over just to make sure my order was made correctly. I really appreciate you Juan thank you. I made this review in the parking lot I was so appreciative. While sitting here who did I see driving back up with her son to pick up a box? The lady my husband said was in a rush to take his order because she had to leave. I was able to get a picture of her and she drives a silver Nissan. Girl you have to do better at your job you never know who is willing to write a review!!!“

“Great staff and delicious food. The food is always good when I get down to the area and visit this place.
The staff is quite friendly and welcoming, which is not the norm these days. Customer service is the main goal here. The food is hot, crispy and meat spread over the entire bun.
The staff tries to truly give you a lunch to write about, it was delicious. They even gave me an extra pickle.
I get down here every 3 to 4 months and this is my treat to myself.“

“At this store, I ordered an Italian sub, received an Italian meatball, when I went to the counter, she immediately held her phone up to continue her conversation, while she stared at me as I tried to explain. She did not give me the Italian sub that I ordered, she removed the cheese from the meatball. Awful experience at this firehouse.“

“Went there right about closing and that didn't make a difference. My subs were hot, fresh and delicious!!! But the star of the experience were DAYMA and DOM!!!! They both were just genuine, very kind, patient and welcomed you with a warm smile the minute you walked in, they simply couldn't do enough for you and was just lovely and their phenomenal customer service skills made all the difference! Firehouse Subs definitely has a gem with DAYMA and DOM!!! God bless you guys!!“

“THEEESE GUYYS ARE AMMMMMMAAAAZIIING!! from the moment I walk in the door, I’m greeted by everybody saying my name and hey welcome to Firehouse. It truly makes me feel like family. Everybody works super fast to try to get our food expedited as quickly as possible. With the exception of a few that like to stand around and play on their phones, they have a really great staff, shout out to Miss Paige and to this sweet little girl with glasses and pretty hair in a ponytail you guys are amazing. I love y’all! Keep doing a great job. I will not go to any other Firehouse. This is the cleanest and sweetest I’ve ever been. .. This is my home store. The food is always fresh and always taste good!!!! I always get the hook and ladder. It is one of my favorites and I am never let down. :) Love you guys thanks for always taking great care of me!! “My favorite sub is the Steamer. I get it as the combo because they have the best cherry coke. The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired as the TV usually has something about sharks biting, gators attacking, terrible storms, surgeries gone wrong, fish and game, etc. It can get gruesome. The staff is friendly.“

“Tried a club sub. First time trying this restaurant. Service was friendly and efficient. Sub was $9.99 for what looked like an 8” sub. Reasonable for an airport location. Generous amount of meat and it was a delicious sandwich. Would go back.“
