Nice staff. Very welcoming.I ate there around 5PM on a weekday. Not busy.I love Five Guy's for their very tasty burgers but quite disappointed this time with the burger I had at this location. The meat was super dry. Not juicy at all. Not much flavor either. The other ingredients were all tasty, just not the meat ?

We love 5 guys! Best french fries anywhete! My only wish is that the veggie sandwich wasn't so expensive. It's a bun with veggie, for goodness sake.

I'd woulda loved to give 5 stars but can't. No A-1 on burger as requested and the French fries unfortunately we're not up to par. Barely warm. They are normally awesome. Will go again and will update star review then.

Zero stars. Just left the semoran location near MCO at 8:38pm, 11/27/23. Brandon who is actively sweeping the floor and picking food off the floor hears my order, proceeds to put the dust pan and broom down and grabs my burger patties out the drawer and placed it on the grill with the same gloves he was just sweeping the floor with. I made it known that he just touched the food he was about to serve me with dirty gloves. He looked shocked as if he was surprised that I noticed that. I stated "you wouldn't serve your mother that food, so don't serve it to me". He just stood there shrugging his shoulders. I'm sure FiveGuys trained them to be more sanitary than that. I mean seriously just disgusting. Don't eat here you will be paying to get sick.
