Their name comes from cachapa a typical dish from Venezuela made from maize flour. They date back to pre-Colombian times and are loaded with tons of protein and gut-friendly fiber. Best Cachapa I’ve had since I moved from Vzla to the US. It’s a far drive from our place and we would still make it anytime because the food is THAT good. The desgranado was delicious, staff was friendly and attentive, asking us if we needed anything and offering extra toppings for us. Would leave 6 stars if I could
