What a nice surprise, went in thinking of the old Hemingway’s, but we were stunned with this fresh new atmosphere. Excellent service as usual, Jeannie was absolutely professional and friendly. The food was delicious. We will be back.

We returned to Four Flamingos on July 19th during the Blais Days weekend—our second time dining here—and were looking forward to another memorable experience. We arrived early to enjoy happy hour at the bar, and that part of the evening did not disappoint. The drinks were great, the small bites delicious, and the service attentive and friendly.

Once seated for dinner, I ordered the swordfish while my husband chose the wagyu filet. It was my first time trying swordfish, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well-prepared it was. The fish itself was excellent, though I found the accompanying sauce a bit overpowering—it slightly masked the natural flavor of the swordfish. Still, the dish was enjoyable overall.

Unfortunately, the wagyu filet was a bit of a letdown, especially at its $85 price point. When it arrived, we noticed the butter on top wasn’t melting, which was the first indication that the steak wasn’t hot. We mentioned it to our server, who was very responsive and took it back to the kitchen. When it returned, the butter had been torched to melt it, but the steak itself was still barely warm. It was a surprising oversight from the kitchen, particularly given the premium nature of the dish.

Our server, however, remained excellent throughout the evening—courteous, professional, and clearly doing his best to make the experience a good one.

Chef Richard Blais was in the restaurant that night, which added a level of excitement. We had hoped he might make rounds to the tables, but he stayed near the kitchen window for most of the night. We did manage to approach him at the front and got a photo, which was a nice moment, though it would have been even more special if he had made an effort to greet guests individually.

One final note: this dinner was a birthday celebration for my husband, which I noted in the reservation and confirmed upon check-in. Unfortunately, the occasion was never acknowledged during our visit, which was a bit disappointing for what was meant to be a special evening.

Overall, we still enjoy the ambiance and concept of Four Flamingos, and the bar experience continues to shine. However, this particular visit fell short in a few key areas, and we left feeling a bit underwhelmed compared to our previous experience.

Food was soo good - much better than expected. I wanted so many different things on the menu, and ended up going for the lobster mac and cheese, which was very generous with the lobster and had an interesting spice on top - chef’s kiss! Cocktails were both strong and innovative - very elevated but also accessible. Service was genuinely warm. Highly recommended!

Overall, this is a nice place. The service was fantastic. Most of the food was top notch.

Tuna tostada - excellent
Goat cheese brûlée - excellent
Seafood Moqueca - very good
Filet - not good. Steak was cooked right, but the sangria reduction was terrible and killed the steak.
Mac & cheese - meh
Desserts were terrible (had baked Florida, crème brûlée, and a tres leches something)

I loved this place. I ate two nights in a row here. The food was very good and the service as well. Some food items that sounded like I was not going to like, I loved!

Had an amazing dinner at Four Flamingos! The food was so delicious and full of flavor. I can tell a lot of thought goes into every dish. The vibe is fun and tropical, perfect for a night out.

Huge shoutout to Chef Junior, he was so attentive and genuinely cared about how we were enjoying the meal and visited us throughout our dinner, which made the experience feel really personal and special. You definitely don’t see that often.

Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for great food, great service, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Will be coming back for sure!

This place fairly expensive, but if you want top of the line unique food and perfect service, this is the place! I'm a big foodie and normally I pick about 3 things on a menu items want, but in this case I could have picked 15 things I really wanted. The lobster bisque was amazing and the steak was big and perfectly cooked with an oyster mushroom on top with homemade sauce and gouda mashed potatoes. I would easily put this meal in my top 10, that's just how good every single thing was. This is the place to splurge for sure!

When I bring a bunch of friends there yearly whenever we’re in a convention, everyone always orders the swordfish. I don’t even like swordfish, but their swordfish is not dry. It’s moist and absolutely delicious.

My wife and I had an awesome time last night at Four Flamingos. I had Ahi tuna and my wife had the wagyu beef. We had pork belly appetizer , which was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting chef Blais. The service was great and the drinks were amazing. We will be back as soon as we can.

I'm happy because I found a teacher who helped me with my love problems with my husband and everything is going very well. Whoever wants his WhatsApp number, write to me and I'll send it to you. Or search for Dr Adoda on google.
