Overrated !!!! .mike was great... excellent service. But overall was a disappointment..great marketing but mediocre food, at half the price would still be ok at best..famous chef I get it but honestly the place needs to shape up .

Drove 2 hours for a 1st time experience and it was amazing. The waiter Andrian was very attentive and from the staff to the meal, it was EXCELLENT! Worth every minute.

Food was good, but pricey. Presentation was beautiful, service was kind and professional. Restaurant is beautiful and clean. The food was just average for the price they charge.

Sword Fish and Mexican street corn were good. Cocktails were also good but for some reason the cool Smokey bubble was not put on my drink. Rest of the food was okay. Not worth the $400 bill for 2.

Perfect brunch for Mother’s Day for this mom-to-be at Four Flamingos.
Our server, Mike, was incredible. Funny enough, back in May 2022 he was one of my servers during one of the very first Four Flamingos buyouts, and he actually remembered me. That level of hospitality says everything.
They originally sat us outside, and while the shaded patio setup is beautiful and the weather was perfect, this 7-months-pregnant mama could not handle the heat today. The staff was very accommodating about moving us inside.
We tried one of each of the mocktails and compliments to the mixologist because these were hands down the best NA brunch cocktails I’ve had in Orlando. Thoughtful, balanced, and not an afterthought like most places.
We started with the truffle fries which were amazing, then had the goat cheese brûlée salad followed by the oysters Rockefeller. Every dish was excellent.
For dessert, we couldn’t decide, so Mike picked for us and said, “Trust me, we light it on fire.” He was absolutely right. Best dessert of the day.
If Four Flamingos keeps brunch every weekend, I may officially be breaking up with my Winter Park brunch spot. The valet alone is worth it, and even Merlot, the lobby’s resident parrot, walked us to our car at the end. Such a fun experience from start to finish.

Tried this place for the first time. Looking at the menu its way over priced. I thought the quality of the food would live up to that value but it fell short. I ordered an espresso martini, $25. What came out? A basic espresso martini that at any other place would cost $8-$15. Taste? Average. I also ordered the oysters. The nitrogen balls on top of the oysters were not great. Also, way too much lime. It was an assault to my taste buds. The gouda mashed potatoes were good at least... despite a side of them costing $14. Overall, underwhelmed. I dont believe this place is worth the cost - 3 stars.

This place is awesome and it's crazy that not everyone is talking about it. The head chef is super hot and the food he's serving is even hotter, y'all. Just saying.
The tuna tostada was one of the best things I've had all year. SO GOOD.

The food was interesting, and the staff was attentive. I happened to be there a night when Richard blais was there and the staff made sure I was able to meet him. I dined by myself and the food was paced perfectly and the staff was kind and didn’t care I was by myself.

They just do everything right here. I could have made a meal just of the appetizers, they were so good! Jeannie our server was top notch.
A bit expensive but a very high quality dinner.

Came here for a special brunch they did and it was an à la carte menu.
I ordered their Jerk chicken and 🧇 waffles, their Baked Florida, and their Coquito French toast tiramisu.
Their drinks are great, but I would order this exact meal again if it was always on their menu. Unfortunately, this was a one day specific holiday brunch. I would highly suggest checking out their Instagram because they’re pretty active on it and post their special events on social media.

Dinner was 3 hours, including app, drinks, entree. Steak was overcooked and rather than offered a solution I was asked if it was still tender. It was the same tenderness as a steak at a chain restaurant, but my potatoes were filmed over and my steak was overcooked. I had high hopes.
Nice decor.

The good - the staff was WONDERFUL !!! From the moment we checked in to when we left the entire staff (greeter, waiter, busboy) were attentive, friendly and overall a pleasure.
The not so good - the food was mediocre. With Richard Blaise's name and the prices it should have been much more elevated. It felt like Richard Blaise merely put his name on the restaurant and then had nothing else to do with it. Don't get me wrong - I wouldn't expect him to be there, but I would expect that he would check in on the restaurant on a somewhat regular basis to make sure it was up to his standards, but it felt like that was missing. Again, it was not bad, it was just no where near where it should have been & if I were Richard Blaise I would be embarrassed to have my name on the restaurant.
