I specifically requested an extra hot coffee and mentioned it multiple times, yet the coffee I received was barely warm. Save your time and money—you're better off getting coffee from Wawa or any other convenient gas station. This place charges premium prices for subpar coffee.

I have been here for 20 minutes and they have not bothered to even acknowledge me. I have a meeting of 8 people and I have now moved it to another place nearby. Sorry but the female server at the coffee bar is awful.

Cozy place with the same Foxtail decor and personality. The iced latte is very good. A good place to meet with friends or get aome work done. Plenty of seats, not a lot of power outlets. Not very crowded when I came though, so it’s a nice place to spend a couple hours.

This is my second visit to this location on different dates and the quality of the coffee and the service of the members is excellent, but unfortunately I think there is not very good management because they don't have enough snacks or some options to enjoy with the coffee.
It would be nice if they could improve that.

Recently stopped here to do some work, first drink I ordered was not even coffee, was practically a full cup of milk, when asked to remake the drink they did but served me half of what I ordered in a really small cup. Not even sure if they even gave me what I ordered. I also encountered a very rude and dark individual who claims he is a shift lead named Joe Collazo, he was just so rude and creepy, began to curse me out and turned off all the lights in the establishment like some sort of miserable demon. It was the most disrespectful thing I ever experienced. I don't recommend. Not sure how they could let someone like that work there, it was quite evil and dark and very disgusting.

Restaurantji Recommends
The worst out of all local Fox tail. No consistency, employees seem to be unhappy and annoyed, they never get it right. Super inconvenient to drive-thru, drive away and not even get what you asked and pay for it. $78 a week on coffee x 52 weeks a year thats over $4k/yr only 1 customer… at least have a smile and make right.

Barista Spex offered me guest service recovery this morning from a DIFFERENT restaurant not being opened as early as their store hours presented on their front door. Id stated that Foxtail won my business over the McD's across the street because they were open on time and as advertised whereas I waited an hour at the other location for them to open up and they still hadn't. Foxtail's Barista waived my fee. Plus it is very cozy in here. 10/10 would reccomend
This place is hands down one of the best coffee spots in Orlando! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit an absolute pleasure. The service is consistently five star. And the coffee? Simply amazing! From the rich, flavorful brews to the perfectly crafted specialty drinks, you can taste the quality in every sip. If you're a coffee lover or just looking for a cozy spot with great vibes, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

BEWARE!!!
There is a server here who ALLEGEDLY picks a tip for you!!!! The man who I believe is doing this has long black hair, in a ponytail.
How I found out: the first time I went, the price I received at the speaker was different than what I was charged. I figured I didn’t hear it correctly and just kept it in the back of my mind. Went there a second time, I tapped my card and he said “can you sign this for me” indicating the signature line. The tip screen was up. He didn’t ask me to choose a tip. HOWEVER, the 10% tip block was shaded a light blue, while the others were not. I chose no tip instead. It then was shaded blue. Again, I have to hard evidence of this, but this has been my experience. Will NEVER VISIT AGAIN AND WILL CONTINUE TO WARN OTHERS
