I've never understood the hype with this place. The coffee is nice, but nothing baked from here has every been very good. I hadn't been in a long time, but last week was nearby for work and decided to grab a drink and something to eat. I tend to give places second I or third tries. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted with creme cheese and some type of seasonal pumpkin muffin thing. The bagel was microwaved, not toasted and was just completely ordinary. Maybe one step above a grocery store frozen bagel. Go to Jeff's bagels instead. The pumpkin muffin had a terrible claggy texture as if the batter was too wet or it wasn't baked long enough. Didn't finish either food item. The coffee was fine, as usual, but nothing special.

They charged me $0.25 for a sprinkle of cinnamon on my latte. Otherwise pretty good.

I wish I could pick 0 going to this foxtail, for quite some time and every time I go, I'm disappointed not sure why I go back today spending more than $23 and orange juice, coffee and a bagel and can even eat the bagel it as hard as rock. Just so unacceptable. My decision do I drive back 10 minutes to return it? Why even bother?

I have been in the store a dozen or so times and the customer service is always excellent, the employees are always outwardly friendly and efficient.
Every drink I have ordered has been made correctly and perfectly!
A special shout out to the person at the register this morning with the tinted heart shaped glasses, you are always so genuine and nice, this excellent store is always somehow even better when you are there!

This place was super cute! Good vibes. The coffee was 🔥, The atmosphere is super chill & they have a cute little outdoor space to sit too and it’s all artsy🦋. Merch was also cute! I didn’t get to look at everything, but I bought a mug 💕
My only complaint was the plastic cup my drink came in… those lids did not fit and I wore a good portion of my drink 🫤👎🏼- get new cups yall.

my partner and I love this place it quickly became our spot after moving to orlando - have to shoutout Nigel we’re obsessed - they make the beeeeessstttt drinks (lattes and lemonades are our drinks of choice)

I’m not sure if they’re under new management or what but, the quality of service and coffee has dropped. I liked coming here on my days off but I just don’t feel welcomed and its like they intentionally mess up my coffee.

I stopped by Foxtail and tried their lavender vanilla latte, absolutely delicious! The balance of floral lavender with the creamy vanilla was just right, not too sweet, and super smooth. Perfectly crafted and definitely a new favorite. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something unique and comforting.

Very nice coffee shop that serves actual quality coffee and not sugar filled drinks. The atmosphere is nice and a good place to catch up with work, meet friends and people watch.

The employees at this store blatantly disrespected myself and my husband all because of a hat that my husband was wearing. The service from beginning to end was awful and unwelcoming. Before we left I went back inside to speak to the manager (Alice) on site to report the interaction I had with the barista (Jay) and to get a refund for my items. To my surprise they told me “we have the right to refuse service to you if we don’t like your hat” .. refusing service is one thing, but the disrespect continued AFTER we already paid for our items. Not only did they waste our time because we left empty handed after being in the store for over 20 minutes but they ruined our first experience here. I will not tolerate blatant disrespect just because of opposing views on the content on a garment of clothing. The employees at this site need to be held accountable, because at no point was anything negative said to the barista directly, therefore they had no right to treat us poorly.
