Foxtail Coffee - SoDo North

I’m not sure if they’re under new management or what but, the quality of service and coffee has dropped. I liked coming here on my days off but I just don’t feel welcomed and its like they intentionally mess up my coffee.

I stopped by Foxtail and tried their lavender vanilla latte, absolutely delicious! The balance of floral lavender with the creamy vanilla was just right, not too sweet, and super smooth. Perfectly crafted and definitely a new favorite. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something unique and comforting.

Coffee was warm not hot at all. The pastry was almost frozen, still tasted good.

Very nice coffee shop that serves actual quality coffee and not sugar filled drinks. The atmosphere is nice and a good place to catch up with work, meet friends and people watch.

The employees at this store blatantly disrespected myself and my husband all because of a hat that my husband was wearing. The service from beginning to end was awful and unwelcoming. Before we left I went back inside to speak to the manager (Alice) on site to report the interaction I had with the barista (Jay) and to get a refund for my items. To my surprise they told me “we have the right to refuse service to you if we don’t like your hat” .. refusing service is one thing, but the disrespect continued AFTER we already paid for our items. Not only did they waste our time because we left empty handed after being in the store for over 20 minutes but they ruined our first experience here. I will not tolerate blatant disrespect just because of opposing views on the content on a garment of clothing. The employees at this site need to be held accountable, because at no point was anything negative said to the barista directly, therefore they had no right to treat us poorly.

My wife and I come to this location a lot and always appreciate the service and consistency we get here. The staff is always friendly and attentive and know what we’re drinking when we order. We visit several of the Foxtail locations on a regular basis and this is the best one!

Great coffee, fast service Enough said!!

The slowest service ever. No sense of urgency

No consistency, some days great… others just mediocre. Theres nothing more annoying than to order something, paid for it as “add ons” and not get it. Disappointing.

Stopped by this location at 430 today and ask for a brewed coffee. I was told no go as they were cleaning the coffee pots and did not want to make a new pot since they are closing at 6. The place is packed and IT IS A COFFEE SHOP. I would either go into a different business or train your staff about customer retention. I used to be a fan but not any longer.

Super charming, local shop with fantastic coffee, pastries, and donuts in a relaxed atmosphere!
