Fresh-N-Healthy Meals - Orlando

Was searching for the company to share it with a friend and I'm blown away that there are any bad reviews! My wife and I switched from another meal service and couldn't be happier.

Prices are great. The food is always fresh and delicious. There's an option to pick the meals but we haven't bothered because we have not been disappointed by anything that has been brought to us. You can tell there's a genuine effort from the kitchen to provide a quality and flavorful meal. Other services I've used felt like they were phoning it in and sometimes I didn't even know what I was eating.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend fresh N healthy to anyone.

Regarding some of the negative feedback - It's a small operation and sometimes there are minor hiccups that occur in the process. That can happen with any company big or small and the real metric is - how do they handle when it comes up? The company is very responsive and has taken care of any concerns I've had promptly.

Well, well, well, where do I even begin with Fresh N Healthy meals? Let me take you back a few years, when I made the grave mistake of ordering from them. Lo and behold, it appears that their shenanigans are still going strong. I signed up for their meal prep service for a few months, thinking I was being oh-so-healthy. But guess what? One fine day, my scheduled delivery decided to take a vacation without informing me, despite the fact that they had already charged me for it. Naturally, I did what any sane person would do – I sent a bunch of emails and left a few messages. And what did I get in return? Absolute silence. Ghosted, they say.

But fear not, dear reader, for this tale has a twist. After days of relentless pursuit, I finally managed to get the owner on the phone. And what did he have to say for himself? Brace yourself, because this is where it gets good. Apparently, he was too busy hobnobbing with a professional sports team to be bothered with my measly order for one person's meal prep. Can you believe the audacity? According to him, my insignificant little delivery wasn't worthy of discussion. So, naturally, I was left high and dry, with no meals to devour and a bitter taste in my mouth.

But wait, there's more! In order to reclaim what was rightfully mine, I had to resort to extreme measures. That's right, I had to call up my good ol' bank and file a claim to get my hard-earned money back. What a hassle, all thanks to the untrustworthy antics of this Fresh N Healthy meals. So, my dear friend, take my advice and steer clear of this guy. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Edit to add: Business replied. I have email receipts from this service. Yes it was a few years ago but your business tactics are the same.

I love these delicious meals! Such a great variety of the weekly 10 cooked meals, so I just heat and enjoy! This saves me so much time away from the stores, and the stove. Thank you very much Fresh-n-Healthy!

Be careful with this company, they over charge you, they do not comply with all the products that were purchased resulting in missing products in the order and when you try to notify that, they just ghost you without bringing a solution.

This place is a joke!!!!!! I ordered this service and was over charged from the beginning. I called and spoke with someone who said follow the instructions on the email, it was in the junk folder….? I did this and still couldn’t figure it out. I called again and asked for a refund the very next day. They said ok no problem, since explaining instructions was beneath his pay grade.Two days later I was charged AGAIN. I called and called and called for three full weeks and no one would returned my call. I finally had to call my bank to get my money back. Bad business all around. And their website and the truth of things are totally different. My husband and I were planning on using this service for long term since we live in a hotel due to our jobs…..they missed out on an easy sale.At any time they could’ve fixed this, I wanted to use this service so bad, and was totally disappointed and shocked at how I was treated.*****Response to your reply*******This most definitely is the same company! Same website same phone number!As far as Uber eats….I have no idea. How would there be an Uber eats order for me if I literally cancelled the next day? Your reply just shows your incompetence as a business..

No wonder they are voted #1 meal prep over the years. From the welcome hand written note, to the free snacks desserts, follow up calls, free cooler bag. Everything is perfect. Under new owners and new location, the best meal prep just got better.
