We’ve had a great time multiple trips at Cabana Bay. We’ve always been greeted by friendly staff. I really like the retro vibe. It’s close to the Universal parks with a quick bus ride. And not to mention the amenities, hot tub, all the food options, and the lazy river is fantastic! Just wanted to spread some positivity among all the negative comments, there are others that really enjoy this resort. It’s very busy though, just like the parks. Not a bad thing, just expect...
Chloe was such a great server, so friendly, fun and prompt. The atmosphere is intense so be warned, it made me realize i hadn’t taken my blood pressure medicine that morning, at the same time the high energy was what made it so fun just be warned its a sensory intense and goes by fast. Again props to Chloe, who out of every staff member I encountered while staying at Cabana Bay, Chloe seemed to genuinely enjoy her job the most and have the most positive energy.
