The vibrant interior featured colorful artwork and greenery, and the restaurant's cleanliness was often praised, even by strangers in the bathroom. The Trio Tex fajitas and margaritas were popular menu items. Despite initial concerns about its closure, the facility remains open and continues to serve satisfied customers.
