The all-you-can-eat boneless chicken was amazing. The rounds in between plates took forever. The well done burger was more burnt than well done. The service was spectacular.

Service was okay :/, food is amazing !There was a miscommunication I saw in the restaurant , there was absolutely no yelling form anyone . The waiter walked away in anger from taking an order across our table and never returned to at least send a manager she left them there . Then saw client go find someone and they came back and manager attended clients super super well !

I love Gators, I hope this experience was an off day or at worst just this location and not indicative of changes to the whole chain. Food was bland, service was slow and inattentive despite being empty. Beer was flat, margarita was watery. This particular location is weird and cramped but not much they can change about that. Please do better in the future.

Bad experience! Whenever we visit Orlando FL. We are going to Gator's Dockside but today my family was waiting for 1 1/2 hours for the service and the crazy customer base. However, his employee Ed always sought to go the extra mile in service. The manager named John Cruz treated the situation with indifference and little interest. This is how customers are lost not because of time but because of the unprofessional treatment of their clients.
