Bad experience! Whenever we visit Orlando FL. We are going to Gator's Dockside but today my family was waiting for 1 1/2 hours for the service and the crazy customer base. However, his employee Ed always sought to go the extra mile in service. The manager named John Cruz treated the situation with indifference and little interest. This is how customers are lost not because of time but because of the unprofessional treatment of their clients.
We arrived late after an airport pickup. The crowd had left, and the restaurant was quiet.Service and food was as good as ever. Our favorites are their wings and shrimp tacos.Always a treat to stop at Gators when we are in the area.
