Unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin that I pass thats on my way to work. I know each Dunkin location is a hit or miss when it comes to making a coffee “right”. But for this location, I think I’ve had maybe 4 coffees made that tasted decent or drinkable- not something that I truly enjoyed drinking. Customer service at this location is meh.
This team that is currently there is amazing! Very efficient and I dont have to wait as much as the other locations. They always smile and if an order is missing something they dont look at you like it’s your fault! Food is made better as well. The OBT location is always out of eggs?!
