The food looks very good, but it's the same quality as the other places in the Food Court, but more expensive. Some dishes even taste better at the other places in the Food Court than here. The meats have many burnt and charred pieces. The prices are higher, but the portions are smaller.

We didn’t even eat here even though we tried the manager lady was so rude that we were embarrassed and walked away please stay away from here this lady came out of no where and started cussing us out cuz we wanted to try the pulled pork… lady should be fired I wish I had her name .. we ended up eating next door at Asian chao was really good

I strongly advise not eating at this place. Don’t be misled by the free samples they're offering, they are just as unsafe as the rest of the food. While the flavor might seem decent at first, it’s only a matter of time before the consequences hit and you get food poisoning. It's safer to eat at a place that actually cares about cleanliness and food safety.

When you order a steak, they offer you chimichurri sauce and then charge you 0.99 for a small amount of sauce, without mentioning that it's extra. Prices are expensive compared to the amount of food served. The food quality is decent, but not extraordinary.

Its actually a good name for a resturaunt. Gotcha. Oh they got me alright I didnt want chinese food at the mall, I went in thinking its a bbq resturaunt. Dont be fooled its just the usual bland mall chinese food. Its not good.
I got a hair on my plate, I told the cashier very discreetly and they were incapable of apologizing or having any kind of empathy, on the contrary; They seemed to be bothered by the fact that my food was served again, not to mention that they only changed the plate; They didn't check the rest of the buffet leg at all; terrible customer service. No one there wore hairnets.

Good Barbeque restaurant in the Florida Mall. The Florida Mall has 6 anchor stores, 250 stores and over 1.7 million square feet of space. This makes it one of the largest malls in Florida. It is a very nice mall and seems in my opinion large, clean and upscale compared to most in the area. The Mall has an entire dining pavilion near the center of the stores on the north side of the structure. There are 25 restaurants around a central eating area. The restaurant at the mall entrance part of the dining pavilion is a Barbeque restaurant called Gotcha Smokehouse BBQ. It sports a small entrance with a counter facing the mall and a few seats to the right hand side as you enter the establishment. The staff was very friendly and offered samples as I entered. I sampled the chicken and the beef and decided to order the chicken with my two sides being rice and beans. The chicken and rice was very good. The beans and corn bread were not to my liking. The price was reasonable for the amount of food that I received. Overall, it was a good meal at a good price that I would recommend for people looking for good barbecue in the area.

Portions are small for the price. Rice taste like it is 10min bag of something cheap. Chicken is inconsistent with some of being good and some being overly sweet. 1 bottle of Roxanne water cost $2.50 which is ridiculous. If you use a card to pay they will charge you an extra fee. I personally don't recommend this place when there are better options.

The name Gotcha Smokehouse makes perfect sense. You think it's a smokehouse, it looks like a smokehouse on the outside, then Gotcha! It is really a discount panda express on the inside. Cheap Chinese food.
