Lack of customer service.

Cold beer and a burger for brunch was excellent. Cool atmosphere. Friendly service provided by our server Tracy. A lil disappointed because our fries weren't crispy. Seating was quick, no wait at all considering it was Sunday brunch hour. Great experience!

Food was delicious and David was very nice and gave great service. Much appreciated and will definitely go back

I've only gone to one of these, 3 times - ever - and never in the same city. It's been so long since my last time, that I forgot this was a burger joint (and it's not like the name gives it away lol).We only came here because it was practically the only thing still open at that time of night (after 10pm). Boy, did we luck up! The vibe was a little on the 'college sports bar' side, but the food was better than I remembered!Slow service but, I guess that's not too uncommon these days - at least they were friendly, and allowed me to customize my burger the way I wanted. I would definitely return... just for the zucchini fries alone!

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Service is extremly slow and manager was hidding in the office the whole time! Didnt help his worker at all!! The time the lady finally took our order was 1:40 and by 2:15 I hada ask her for our food to go and by 2:30 she still didnt have our food!!! Not even to go! Had to ask for our money back and the server and manager showed no remorse that a 4 year old girl didnt get her lunch nor for us! We except better for this location!

Great Atmosphere, TV's and wall graffiti just seem to go together perfectly. The adult sized picnic benches are super cool. The staff was super friendly and checked on us multiple times throughout the meal Which I really liked. The philly love burger was delicious and the chicken quesadilla had a whole lot of great flavors going on. Bravo bravo bravo

Please hire more people, there are only 2 people serving several tables. Make sure the the bathrooms are periodically checked. Food is good but service needs some immediate attention.

Cool plase. We used to come almost every Friday and we enjoyed live soft rock music and juicy burgers. But no more because the atmosphere changed a lot now... I cut 1* for DJ. can't belive that manager doesnt see how many customers leaving the restaurant as soon as the DJ starts his performens.

Christina has been absolutely wonderful! Kept us entertained throughout the day with amazing service! Looking forward to next weekend already!

After the 5 of us having brunch here on the 28th of February, 2021, ALL 5 of us tested Covid positive. That's outside of the horrible service and bad food.
