It’s a nice room and the pizzas looked pretty good, but their operations are clunky. I was greeted at the bar by a friendly gentleman who identified himself as one of the owners. There were 11 beers on tap, I asked if there was a hazy ipa available, he said he didn’t know and I should look at the tv screen on the opposite end of the bar for what was on tap. This system works for beer gardens and breweries, but they had a small draft selection and only had one screen which was difficult to see from anywhere but directly in front of it. This didn’t really matter because the ordering process was ridiculous. I was prompted to start a tab with a credit card swipe (nbd) but then I was instructed to order food and drink items through their website by scanning a QR code and placing my order on the website. This requires verifying my tab and payment method virtually by entering my phone number for 2fa, and then entering all my cc info again. I was all but required to download an app and submit background check to order a beer. After multiple attempts to order a pizza through their handy system, I just paid for my 10oz draft beer (which was $11 before tax and tip) and left. I’m sure they paid a lot of money for this fancy point of sale system, but it sucks. just switch to a standard menu and ordering system like everyone is used to, it would make everyone’s lives a lot easier.

Went here last weekend and it was great. Awesome beer selection of craft beers and the lead bartender, Connor, was great. Super friendly and taking care of the whole place. Loved it here and will be back!

Really enjoyed this place — great beer selection and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. We didn’t try the food, but the couches made it an easy spot to settle in. The bartender was awesome and even gave us some brewery swag. We stopped by after sushi at Maki Hibachi and it was well worth it. Would absolutely come back

Carrie with Offline -Gravity Taproom is amazing!!!! The service is always wonderful and the food is delicious! Black and Blue chips are a must have and this time we had the Druken Swine pizza and it was so good!!!!
We went there on a group event and the experience was great. Elegant place, good beer, delicious pizza and friendly servers. parking can be little challenging
