Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

The food was great and the wait staff was good. The issue came at the end when we got our bill. We chose the 6 person deal and had some drinks. The amount wasn't the issue. The issue came when I paid cash for the tip. 10 minutes later our server showed up and wanted to know why we didn't tip and if something was wrong. I had put a 50$ bill in the plastic receipt holder that another server had picked up. Whether they kept the cash or not the miscommunication and being accused of not tipping on our bill kind of soured the experience for all of us. I understand that servers make their living off tips and that's why we tip in cash. Sort of a bummer on an otherwise good experience.

The food was great, Troy was very efficient, friendly and fast! We will definitely be back. We enjoyed our experience so much!

Always a great dining experience whenever we visit Orlando. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

The servers were attentive. we had the all you can eat premium. I think if we ate more it would of made sense.

Jiraset was a fantastic server, so friendly and explained everything. Each staff member was great, they tell you how to cook each meat as they hand it to you. The quality of every single meat I had was AMAZING. I am usually a KBBQ lover but I have been changed for good. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Our experience in Gyu Kaku has always been pleasant! The food is great and the service is excellent! Thao our server is one of the reasons why we keep coming back, she is just so fantastic at her job and very attentive! This is our favorite restaurant and we have brought our friends and families that are visiting us and they always have a positive experience.

Food was great. Service was bit slow and it very noisy but overall a great experience and would definitely go back.

We had a birthday for our friend's daughter. We got seated quickly at a table that was large enough for us. The food kept coming the daughter and her sister and all of us had a great time. Good experience we would do this again. The only improvement I would see is it's super loud so we had to try to talk over people and we are loud people. That's our problem, not theirs.

Definitely recommend reservations. Me and my husband got the ultimate all you can eat; everything was so good. The garlic rice was so flavorful; it was one of my favorite things that we got. This place was cozy. It was almost like being back in Japan.

Fantastic dining experience at Gyu-Kaku after successfully completing an Escape Room nearby. It had been a while since we dined there, and we really enjoyed the Supreme PAYCE menu. We preferred a great selection and quantity of meats alongside the Garlic Noodles with Chicken and the Sukiyaki Beef Rice. Always a pleasure dining at Gyu-Kaku.

Food quality average only with their prices. Meat quality inconsistent and some are very salty and too sweet.

We ordered ayce ultimate but don't think prices reflect on the food quality. We chosen ultimate $64/person.

Some beef steaks we got are very small broken pieces uneven.
Miso soup very salty and not much miso taste,I ordered egg soup and took them more than 20 min. Egg soup same taste salty.

18% gratuity charged to the bill for ayce regardless how many people in your party.

Service is standard. I can go Korean bbq with better food quality, and the servers will help grill meats and seafood.

The food quality and service at this location been downgrade and worse each time I dine in, this will be the last time I visit this restaurant as we can find much better restaurants.

Everything was wonderful except for the music noise level. I understand the need for an ambient sound, however in this case no one, that I saw, was listening, and the noise level made cross table conversation difficult.

Staff was professional and very accommodating. They help us to enhance our experience.
