The food was great and the wait staff was good. The issue came at the end when we got our bill. We chose the 6 person deal and had some drinks. The amount wasn't the issue. The issue came when I paid cash for the tip. 10 minutes later our server showed up and wanted to know why we didn't tip and if something was wrong. I had put a 50$ bill in the plastic receipt holder that another server had picked up. Whether they kept the cash or not the miscommunication and being...

Jiraset was a fantastic server, so friendly and explained everything. Each staff member was great, they tell you how to cook each meat as they hand it to you. The quality of every single meat I had was AMAZING. I am usually a KBBQ lover but I have been changed for good. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Our experience in Gyu Kaku has always been pleasant! The food is great and the service is excellent! Thao our server is one of the reasons why we keep coming back, she is just so fantastic at her job and very attentive! This is our favorite restaurant and we have brought our friends and families that are visiting us and they always have a positive experience.
