Häagen-Dazs is a recognizable ice cream spot at Universal Orlando. The ice cream is very good and outstanding, with many flavors on hand. Service is fairly fast and great, though lines can be long and move slowly. There is a little inside seating, but it is limited on crowded days. The location offers the typical Häagen-Dazs experience, but note it does not interact seamlessly with the Universal Florida app. Some find the staff not as friendly as other venues, and the ice cream can be a bit soft on cooler days.
