The best part of this visit was Justin. I'll explain in a quick moment. The pizza dough was too soft twice. The third time, it was at least tolerable. The ovens are the culprit as it was explained to me. I get it, some things are out of our control. They did an amazing job to get it right. Namely Justin who was empathetic, polite, took my unsettled demeanor and turn it around just by being cool. We talked about our past cities, both in new england. Anyway fix your ovens
Went there during my Christmas vacation while visiting Universal studios as my last day in Orlando before back to Montreal . I got the cheese pizza which was really delicious and they don't hesitate on big portion like American style portion . Also tried their Tiramisu and that's where the 3 Starts comes off It as nothing like a good real Tiramisu it was a big piece of cake that barely tasted coffee and was a bit wet and soggy not to forget mentioning even the topping wasn't really...read full review

My daughter loves their spaghetti and meatballs, that is one of her go-to meals when we’re at Universal. Their breadsticks are some of the best I’ve ever had, so light and fluffy with great flavor. I also love their Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, chef’s kiss. I love when they have their secret menu drinks, as UOAP Pass members going on 4 years now, it’s nice to have new items to look forward to
