Everything we had was delicious. The cold noodles were amazing, loved the soup dumplings. And there was a pork dish in some kind of chili oil/broth/sauce that was incredible. I wish I could remember what it was called but it blew my mind. I'm visiting from out of state but I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Orlando. It rivals my favorite Sichuan food from my hometown.
I no longer reside in Florida but whenever I visit friends in Orlando Haoweifang is a restaurant i never leave without eating at. Haoweifang is hands down the best Sichuan restaurant in Orlando/one of the best I’ve had in the states. I have yet to have a dish that is bad and only discover new dishes that are phenomenal. I highly recommend the Special Rice Noodle, Eggplant with Minced Meat, Mapo Tofu, and the Saute Beef Tripe it’s the perfect amount of food for a group of 4...
It's a quiet, little hideaway place. Service is very good. Lo mein and fried rice is good, but portions are small compared to the prices. The seaweed is fat and chewy. Not very good. I'm not sure I'll try again. Prices are too high for me. Not a wide variety of choices on the menu.
