I'm so disappointed how they gentlemen working today SAT March 28 handle my situation. After I order a milkshake and was given a ice tea. I kindly told the crew that, that's not what I ordered. He proceeded to charge me 68 cents in what I paid. He proceeded to make the drink but proceed to add Cristal boba and extra ice. He was told by the staff that he made it wrong again.
