Walked in to this place at 10pm the host told us the wait is 5 minutes. 20 minutes in, another couple walks in, started speaking in portuguese with the waitress and got seated before us. After 20 more minutes, another host comes and tells us that they will not be able to serve us today because they didn’t have enough staff. So you guys didn’t have enough staff to serve us but had the staff to serve the other couple? Why would you tell me to wait 5 minutes and then sit another people before us? If you had rejected the other couple who came 20 minutes after us i would have gave you the benefit of doubt, but you guys literally skipped us to sit other people. They had reservation? Ok fine, why would you tell me to wait? We waited 40 minutes to get rejected at the end. The lady that told us to wait 5 minutes didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us, she told another employee to let us know. What a garbage place and garbage employees.UPDATEThe same waitress that told us to wait 5 minutes, signaled us while cleaning a table to let us know she was cleaning the table for us, then the guy came and sat the other couple that came after us. There is nothing in the world that will make us comeback to this place. Just by reading the other reviews you know this is a common practice. We skipped going to Seito Sushi to come here. Guess what? Seito sushi closed because your employees wasted our time. We made a huge mistake, Seito wouldn’t skip us to sit japanese customers, they are professionals.

We waited so long for small items from the menu when there was essentially no one there. Once the food came, there was a bug crawling over the sushi. The 3 bites we had of the salmon roll without the bug resulted in incredible food poisoning for me and my husband. Stay away
