Terrible Experience at Hidden Sushi - Avoid This Place!

I had an absolutely awful experience at Hidden Sushi that I feel compelled to share so others can avoid the same disappointment.
The Bait and Switch:
This restaurant advertises as "All You Can Eat" but operates nothing like one. Despite paying the full AYCE price, they use every trick in the book to prevent you from actually eating your money's worth.

Awful experience, I have been here multiple times in the last 6 months and the food is really good, but the service was awful, the server would come every 30-40 minutes to check on us. No water refills, the food never came, the server didn't even know what we were missing, and just kept asking us what we were missing when we got barely a 10% of what we ordered. This is one of the best sushi places in Orlando. Every dish is fresh, and everything tasted amazing. The fish is always fresh and freshly made. The menu is one of the most unique and innovative sushi menus in all of Orlando. The AYCE option is very much worth the price, especially when it includes appetizers and dessert. The sashimi is especially good. The truffle carpaccio and the torched Djos are favorites. The food deserves an award. The staff and the owner are very friendly. Specific servers provided excellent service, being very kind, attentive, and helpful, guiding customers with the right options. The atmosphere is cozy, and the vibe is great. Keep in mind, this is a Brazilian sushi restaurant. There are SO many options aside from rolls with cream cheese or fried rolls, but it is still the heart of the menu. This place is a MUST for true sushi lovers or brasileiros in Orlando. It is one of Orlando's hidden gems.
