Alex was great! He was attentive and kind and just lovely all around. The food and the service were excellent. This was our first time to highball and harvest and we will definitely return.

Service was good but the food was a little bit disappointed considering it's the Ritz. The portion was too large and the appetizer made us full.

Abusive pricing. A double Jamison, pretty low end whiskey, was $46. I also felt magical dining food choices were very sub par for $120. appetizer: brussels sprouts. Seriously?

Noelle was the best server ever! She made us feel so welcome, and made excellent recommendations. She's the best.

Went for magical dining but ordered the scallops off the regular menu and was very satisfied. The ambiance was great, live music and was at a perfect volume for dinner and enjoyable! Valet parking validated as well. Food was good, southern with what seemed like a bit of an Asian flair.

Most of the food was outstanding. The apps were great. The steak was chewy and fairly small to be 12 ounces. If you go, skip the steak.

The restaurant is very nice inside. Has a dark and industrial ambiance to it. They were doing a Labor Day buffet when we went and it was all very good. The pimento Mac and cheese was amazing!

My husband's steak frittes was delicious - super tender steak and crunchy, dry fries. The Labor Day buffet was underwhelming- all the meat and fish dishes were overcooked and dry, likely due to being in chafing dishes too long. We love their breakfast but they really need to up their dinner game.

Janelle’s positive attitude and dedication to excellent service are commendable. She enjoys her job and strives to create a positive experience for every customer. The meal was served quickly and accurately due to her attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.

We had the best experience thanks to Mounir. We were customers from the hotel and at this restaurant for diner with our 7 years old son.
Mounir really gave us a 5 stars service with great advices , kindness and class .
We took the fish which was super tasted and fine with great Chardonnay.
Honestly thank you Mounir, that’s the first time in this restaurant were we really felt like in a five stars hotel. We gave us a taste of Paris !

After an incredible and delicious experience at Knife and Spoon, fresh bites from the pool, in room dining etc, it’s clear all the foods on grounds is TOP NOTCH, and Highball & Harvest did not disappoint. The Market Fish was a tender large generous sized filet, the Brussels sprouts were fresh! Leave room for the donuts and chocolate cake at the end!

I had a wonderful dining experience at the Ritz-Carlton in Grande Lakes, Orlando, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Olena and Jason. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to our needs. What stood out most was how seamlessly they handled our kosher food accommodations. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and went out of their way to ensure everything was handled properly and with care. It made the experience not only comfortable but truly enjoyable. Their service turned a great meal into a memorable one. Highly recommend dining here—and if you’re lucky enough to have Olena and Jason take care of you, you’re in excellent hand
