Wait staff were wonderful. Open to substitutions even off the menu. Friendly warn service for lunch and dinner.
The chef is creative with the food on the menu. None of the dishes were the “traditional “ recipe. We had the delicious fried green tomatoes appetizer which was stuff with crawfish and a delicious alioli sauce. The shrimp grits was another amazing dish! Good wine list. Mario was a great waiter. Guiding us and making suggestions. He was attentive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Our next visit here to Orlando we will look forward to returning to Highball and Harvest! It was easy to enjoy a relaxing evening here because of the ambience and it wasn't too loud so my husband and I could hear each other.
The food was excellent but what made the evening was the extent to which the staff accommodated our needs. Well done.
Worth visiting! Food, atmosphere and service were all great! Donna is amazing and so welcoming and kind. The best chef! We went back multiple times because of her.
This was the best meal we've had during our stay. Food was amazing and Chris our waiter was awesome.
Our waiter Daniel was attentive and the hotel and restaurant ambiance were fantastic. I hate to give negative reviews but they asked for one. 😬 The food was cold, just OK and, given the price, disappointing. (Also the wine list was limited with mostly California options which isn't that big of a deal). I won't return next time I'm in property.
Our waiter was incredible. He went above and beyond for our large group. He treated the kids wonderfully. Thank you so much. We will be back!
Everything was outstanding. We got the wings, green tomato, Parker house rolls, lamb chops, and loved them all. Also loved the Rum Row cocktail. Portions were larger than we expected. Our server was great! Very attentive and patient.
A mediocre meal at best. Initial fish of the day needed to be sent back due to overcooked (dry). Steak was decent. Service was slow. Not worth the price....
Thank you Mounir AKA Moon Puppy. Dinner was excellent! We will be back soon.

Went to Thanksgiving Brunch. The food was ok. Nothing special for the price. Didn't have more traditional foods like stuffing and turkey gravy.
Exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The food was perfectly seasoned and beautifully plated, with every bite full of flavor. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A truly satisfying experience — I’ll definitely return.

Food was delicious! Drinks were ok. Pricey and weak but tasty. A lot of kids running around so its family friendly but not a relaxing place. Lol There was a live musician who was great but hard to enjoy. Overall, it was a nice place that I'd like to go back to.

We had the fried chicken, the red snapper and the pork chop. The pork chop was less than average and came with a weird pumpkin side dish. The fried chicken was very good, but would have preferred less chicken and a small side of mac-n-cheese or a veggie, like collard greens. The red snapper was good. The service is pretty good and there is a decent selection of wines and sizes of wines…6 oz, 9 oz, 18 oz and bottle. The food menu is very very limited and overpriced for what you get, but this is the Ritz Carlton, so I guess that is to be expected.

The service was excellent, but the food was just mediocre. Very pricey for what you get. Probably would not return.
