This is my favorite Chinese takeout place in town. Service is always friendly and I love the food when I'm in the mood for takeout or need a quick meal. I always think the veggies taste fresh here.
Now they have that yellow fried rice but they used to have real brown fried rice w egg & bean sprouts. Not anymore I guess. I have ordered Curry chicken w Chinese vegetables for decades but the lady working the counter told me I've been ordering wrong the whole time. Everywhere else I order this they seem to understand me just fine and don't try to correct me. I guess she's special.
Classic American Chinese food! Hop-Bo has all the basics and more!Service is fast, food has great flavor and it's close to where I live. Hop Bo has become a weekly staple at our house. Each time the food is consistently good.Pictured is the Mongolian beef (which you can pick the spice level, but you need to tell them) with an egg roll and the Kung pow chicken (also spicy).
