My husband and I come to Hot Taco 3–4 times a week, so we were really disappointed with our experience today. We stood waiting to place our order, but no one ever came to help us or even acknowledge us. After waiting, we decided to leave.
We value Hot Taco because we come often and usually enjoy it, which is why today’s experience was frustrating. I even checked the website hoping to contact management directly instead of leaving a public review, but the website is very vague and there doesn’t seem to be any way to communicate with management. That’s not good for business, especially for loyal customers who simply want their concerns heard.

Margarita was super sweet and weak, the fish taco, shrimp and pork belly, and asada are amazing. The chorizo and the pastor tacos was not that great.

Stopped by on a whim, mostly for my love of tacos. I had no expectations but was blown away at how good everything was.

My only concern is the strength of whatever airfreshener they are using. It over powers everything.
