Came in at 8:33pm on 28/11/25 after 1 hour driving and asked for 1 person dining in. The young man did not allow me to dine in and asked if I can order for to-go. I wonder why the closing time is 9pm that mean it is more than 25mins prior the closing. If doing so, they should change the business hour as close early before 9pm or notice for customer. Not recommend this restaurant for those who come in a group or belong with their kids

I ordered four bowls of pho(4 adults 2 kids), which were clearly listed on the menu at $14.50 each. When I finished and asked for the bill, the waiter told me to pay at the cashier. There, I was verbally quoted a total of $76—no printed receipt, no itemized bill, nothing.
Let’s do the math:
4 × $14.50 = $58.00
Even with an extremely generous 20% tip, the total should have been $69.60 (including tax, at most around $64–$65).
$76 is almost 31% above the correct pre-tax amount. They either massively overcharged for the food itself or silently added an exorbitant “service fee/tip” without my consent. The fact that they refused to provide a printed or itemized bill and only gave a verbal total makes it feel deliberate—especially since my group were obviously tourists.
This isn’t just poor service; it feels like an outright scam. Very disappointing and dishonest.

Just wanted something quick, but comforting and warm and got a bowl or two of broth and it was delicious. Very big inside definitely will try a pho next time

Order for delivery, come with no forks no spoons and chopsticks, do we eat pho with hands ?
Classic noodle shop with good-sized entree dishes. However, the spring rolls are too small (skip them). The food is what you would expect.

Recommended dishes: Soup, Chicken Fried Rice
The pho and pork chop rice are good, but the beef balls and shrimp paste wrapped in bean curd skin didn't taste good. They tasted spoiled, as if the meat wasn't prepared properly or kept at the correct temperature. No matter how much flavor and pepper you add, you cannot cover that sour/metallic taste of spoiled meat.

I don’t know would I say is 100% authentic, never had pho with no chill pepper and was served with jalapeño, the soup was alright need more flavoring ,when I visited it had like 4-5 table occupancy so it wasn’t super busy. Yet they screw up my order they forgot I order the pho with three topping they only gave me two had to ask to replace it

Restaurantji Recommends
Very disappointed in the Pho... it tasted likes watered down bland chicken broth--- NO FLAVOR!! The rice noodles were a gooey glue mess in the delivery container, they were one big bunk ball. I've never had Pho delivered like this from any other place and it was not fun trying to assemble my meal. The fried rice looked really good but was mediocre and had no flavor as well...very bland! We ordered other things as well and was disappointed in it all.
Do not recommend..especially for what it cost!

Wonderful pho, beautiful relaxed atmosphere, and even better service. Menu had plenty of options. The staff were very attentive and nice. Was visiting from out of town with my husband and found our new pho spot.

Pho House in Orlando is just okay overall. The pho didn’t taste like the most authentic I’ve had, but it works if you’re nearby and just need a quick fix, especially since it’s close to the theme parks. I also tried the pork chop dish, but for the price, getting only a single chop didn’t feel like the best value. The nước mắm had almost no flavor
